What happen to burger west?
Went there and they had 3 cars pulled forward waiting from the drive thru. It took 45 minutes for a farm boy with tots instead of fries. No tomato & a ranch hand. The burgers were cold & absolutely NO flavor. It was very strange. Never got the tots. There was a pick up in front of us that had been waiting for 1 hour. The lady got out and walked in and came out with her food. 1 small bag.
Burger west needs to come up with a different plan. This one clearly is NOT working.

Went in during the lunch rush and ordered for all of our staff. I was impressed with how quick they were on such a large order, our order was perfect and it tasted great!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible service! Went there once and will NEVER go back. Make sure you get all your food …and the correct food.
Ps. The chicken strips are harder than a rock. Do not recommend.

Used to love this place! Went there today and my ranch hand looked and tasted like a 10 year old cooked it. I can get better quality meat for cheaper and make myself? Its just crazy to me how far this place went down hill. I dont know how anyone can give this place 5 stars anymore.. Now they just price gouging us with shitty food.
I am a previous employee, but have not been able to visit since my last day in May of 2024. While I was still working with them, I unfortunately received the news from my doctor that I needed to reduce the amount of sodium and cholesterol I was consuming, which was very hard at a place with such delicious burgers and fries. But, they took proper care of me so that I could take proper care of myself, something I still greatly appreciate. Today, I finally got the opportunity to visit them. Despite it having been MONTHS of not seeing me, and not knowing if my sodium levels were still a problem, they made sure to not salt my fries. While this may seem like something incredibly small, it meant the world to me that they ensured my fries were safe for me to eat. They care about the people, regulars, employees (previous and current), and strangers. The moment you step foot, or tire, on the premises, they do their best to care for you, and sometimes that's all you need.

There were two vehicles in front of us so one of the staff walked outside and took our order. We had two Big West burgers and shared a large order of fries. Good came out pretty quick considering it is made to order. Fries and burger were both nice and hot. Fries and fry sauce were good. Burger was really good, just like we prefer them with a not too thin/not too thick patty nicely seared but still juicy, regular sized bun and good amount of fixings. Friendly staff.

This is my first time ever in the area and I was highly impressed. The burgers are delicious. My husband truly enjoyed the ham on his burger. And the tots were hot and crispy. Everything was so good. I can’t wait to try the shakes next time. I also was impressed with some of the prices.

The wait was crazy long. The only reason I didn't go crazy waiting is because my friend Sebastian and Trevor were in the car waiting for their food as well so we were able to entertain ourselves. Food was good but the wait sucked!!!
