I waited 30 minutes in the lobby, while the drive-thru line moved quickly. My overfilled soda was spilling, and a worker cleaned the lid with a counter rag. Communication was poor, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting than working. After waiting half an hour for three items, part of my order was missing, causing an additional 10-minute delay.

I am a regular that come in alot and my food has always been amazing but I came in today and it took an hour to get my food, when I got home I opened my food and my tots and burger was drenched in oil. This was horrible.

We arrived and ordered around 1:10 pm, we didn’t get our food until 2:10 pm and it was luke warm and mediocre. They advertise that it’s not fast food but it is not near any quality to be an hour long wait for meh food. And no bathroom.
