On 11-25-24, will traveling from Idaho to our house, we decided to get a late lunch. Carl's Jr sounded like a solid choice. Going through Drive Thru we placed our order the girl taking the order talked so fast we couldn't even hardly understand her. We we got to the window to pay I mentioned to her that she needs to talk slower when taking a order. She decided to say something really rude to us and told us that she didn't have to serve us and then told us to leave. She had already taken our payment and wouldn't return our money! There's a lot more to this horrible experience that we had at Carl Jr. But would take to long to write. She stole our money and really humiliated us. We are seniors and should have called the police! We will never patronize a Carl's Jr ever again! As a former business owner, I would have fired any of my employees for treating a customer so horrible!

Went thru to get dinner... didn't get a receipt didn't get one of my items.. called and the little girl behind the counter that said she was the manager said even tho she could physically see the item that they forgot that they wouldn't give me my food I paid for. I have 4 children, 1 an autistic son that has severe food aversions. A night off for me is picking up one of those foods that he'll actually it without having to cook. Even me having to go and load everyone back up is a hassle let alone the fact that she basically said tough shit. I don't complain but this to me was extremely ridiculous. And when I said I never got a receipt she said I'm sure you did and I said your sure of that but not sure that those are the chicken stars I ordered up in your counter. Dumbest people

My mother, who is disabled, came in for lunch yesterday. She overheard the staff making fun of her so she took her food and left. She was too upset to even eat it. That's disgusting behavior. If you have a loved one that has a disability DO NOT let them come here.

The burgers were dry and old, the fries were really tasty but too salty. They lie about their shakes being hand scooped ice cream. My strawberry shake was the right color but tasted like cold sweet mush. If there was even a teaspoon of actual ice cream in there I'd be surprised. This was a poor version of a McDonald's shake trying to make you believe it has real dairy in it. The cookies and cream shake was equally bad except for the crappy cookie bits in it. Very disappointed in Carl's at this point.
