We came here 8/16/2025 on our way into town on a trip. It wasn't the greatest, ladies bathroom was dirty, no soap, mens I was told was ok, tables were sticky, there was a fly bugging people while we ate. I over heard people complaining that the kid area was very hot, so I'm guessing AC wasn't working? The main lobby the AC was fine though. The lady got the wrong table number and gave us someone else food and we had to stop her from walking away. We had to wait about 10 mins for our food to come out, 3 orders total if curious. We ended up skipping here on our stop coming back up north and ate somewhere else. Food was ok, fires were not fresh. I'm still going to give them 3 stars for credit to the fact it was a little busy. A lot of parents and kids were here that day and it was Saturday. I've worked in fast food industry before and it's common to see over worked and under staffed places on the weekends. Not a good time for employees.

My family ate at the Carl’s Jr in Ontario. Staff was rude. Weren’t very helpful. Left a poor new guy up front to fend for himself. You could tell he just started working. Flys everywhere! Tables disgusting and not to mention the nasty homeless man that was inside spraying RAID! Yes Raid! Trying to kill the flys cause he was tired of the nasty location as well. But spraying raid is not acceptable either. So I went and informed the rude workers and to my surprise she actually made him leave. But then he just went to KFC across the road. Anyway. If the restaurant looks and acts like trash. I wonder what the kitchen looks like! Yuck! Never eating there again. Someone needs to come in and clean that place and re access its employees! Truly nasty. I had to leave. Wasn’t feeling the smell of raid while I tried to eat. My family packed up and left.

Tried to reach this store by telephone the phone was ringing for more than 10 minutes before I hung up.
They do not have the courtesy to answer a customer's question over the phone or even pick it up!

Total bs if you ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with mayo ketchup pickles only with a six piece chicken nugget and waffle fries you would think you'd get what you ordered but nope got a single burger no bacon 2 chicken nuggets and 3 waffle fries absolutely ridiculous i hope Carl's Jr. Goes down with no pride

They are really good about doing a lettuce as bun and rinsing off the shake machine for my wheat intolerant kids.
I love how every time we go through drive through even if it is 11:50 at night we are always provided with great customer service and with delicious fresh food, it makes me wanna come back. 🤭🫶🏻
