Food was great, but the service was impeccable! These guys rock! We got here just at closing time, and they were out of some of their sides but went out of their way to give me extra food to make up for it. Charming, down to earth folks on the weekend night shift :)

I went in twice at around 4pm. They were out of dark chicken. Offered me chicken tenders. No I don't want tenders or breast. How about gizzards. Sorry we don't have enough to make a full order. Same with livers. Well give me whatever gizzards and livers you have. I don't understand why, at 4pm, they can't just drop some more chicken in the fryer. They were also out of ketchup and biscuits.

The chicken tenders I ordered were dried out, they were so dry I couldn’t even bite through the tender. They must have been sitting under the heat lamp for hours.

I stopped in here a couple times around 4:00 p.m. during the weekdays and this Chester's location is just absolutely lacking... Many customers choosing other food options, because they have no sides, no mashed potatoes or gravy, no mac and cheese ready. They turned away two people who wanted fried chicken sandwiches because they didn't have them. What a lost opportunity where people can't get what's on the menu. So sad!
Just as I was taking the pictures, they brought up the chicken sandwiches, but still turning customers way because they can't sell what they don't have. I'll go across the street thank you

Update: a customer was in there too worried about me & dont even kno her payment method. Couldnt even get her food. If she didnt look at me ugly i wouldve paid for her junk smh. If you gonna stare at ppl, f-kin say sumthin.

Employees were considerate and professional. Since my husband had to still get his salad from Subway, the Chester's employees placed my order under the heat lamp to keep it warm. Thank you for treating us correctly.
