The chicken tenders I ordered were dried out, they were so dry I couldn’t even bite through the tender. They must have been sitting under the heat lamp for hours.

I stopped in here a couple times around 4:00 p.m. during the weekdays and this Chester's location is just absolutely lacking... Many customers choosing other food options, because they have no sides, no mashed potatoes or gravy, no mac and cheese ready. They turned away two people who wanted fried chicken sandwiches because they didn't have them. What a lost opportunity where people can't get what's on the menu. So sad!
Just as I was taking the pictures, they brought up the chicken sandwiches, but still turning customers way because they can't sell what they don't have. I'll go across the street thank you

I have been to many Chester’s all over the U.S. but this has the be the best one overall. Food was very satisfying and most of all the employee attended very professional, that person needs a promotion ?? 5/31/24 @3:28 pm.

Update: a customer was in there too worried about me & dont even kno her payment method. Couldnt even get her food. If she didnt look at me ugly i wouldve paid for her junk smh. If you gonna stare at ppl, f-kin say sumthin.

Employees were considerate and professional. Since my husband had to still get his salad from Subway, the Chester's employees placed my order under the heat lamp to keep it warm. Thank you for treating us correctly.
Out of biscuits so they gave me my combo incomplete refusing to substitute anything for it. It's bad enough they don't include a drink with their combos (what kind of fast food joint does that anyway?)

I went to order a 4 pc snack dark and it was 930pm they had 3 pc of dark and wanted to charge me more because they turned off the fryers at 930pm and were not cooking anymore chicken they close at 1030pm after asking questions i just left with the words of the employee telling me different restaurants different policies. . Please inform your employees that shutting down equipment prior to close is unexpectable in any company!!!! Thank you it was a ridiculous experience and my first time ever trying your company ...

Arrogant rude service. She refused to exchange the "wing size" thigh for a normal thigh. I put a thigh next to it for comparison. The thighs turned out dry and exterior breading was so hard in some places it was inedible.

The worst. Dry food if you are lucky to get any. Refused to cook fresh or more food when empty. Employees need to step it up and learn basic service skills.

Very disappointed AGAIN !!!!Always out of gizzards ,Why would a Resturant that serves gizzards always run out and tell you the wait is a 1/2 hour ,I’ll NEVER GO TO CHESTERS AGAIN ,As this is the 4th time it’s happened ,You need a manager that is controll of the operationVery disappointed AGAIN !!!!
