Stopped in and sat at bar. Noticed understaffing in front and back of house..Front of house had no sense of professionalism nor urgency. I can't comment on the line but from what I could see it was the same. Hair not contained, no changing of gloves, lack of communication (no wheel person or expo). Pulled pork was dismissal for $22. Guy next to me had a steak that looked like it was boiled..Never again

Found this place a few days ago and had a great experience all around. Went back for dinner today and had to park my semi truck across/down the street, no problem as guys do it all the time just like the night I first went there with a buddy. Order and get my food and a few minutes later the blonde working the bar starts loudly complaining about us truckers need to find a place with truck parking. Say less, you will never see me here ever again or recommend it to any trucker buddies. ✌️✌️

Didn’t eat here. They wouldn’t seat me. Said they were too busy. What they were is understaffed. In the several minutes that I stood at the counter waiting, I observed the staff working their butts off. I could feel the energy of the room: it was not a happy place. Overworked, under paid. Definitely not the Sizzler anymore. The sister location set the standard and I was not disappointed. Exceptional in every way and worth every penny.

My prime rib had no flavor and the mashed potatoes seemed as if they’d sat out for awhile. It’s definitely not as good as the Indian Creek Steakhouse in Caldwell.

Went back on another occasion and the cook has no idea how to cook salmon. I had to send it back cause the first time it was over cooked and then the second one was completely raw in the middle. We will not be coming back until they get a better cook who is diverse

If you're looking for something fun to do on a Friday or Saturday night, Cowboys is the place to be! I typically sit at the bar top in the bar room with a friend. Listen to a live band, have a drink, watch people dance and have a rootin tootin good time! Make sure to treat the bartenders well. Ashley and Renae are the BEST! Now get to scootin' and boogie on down. 🤠 yeehaw!
