We were in line for quite awhile before being helped. It appeared they were short handed, and someone did come in and help them get through the line. We had 4 mini blizzards and they were perfect. The restaurant was clean, in spite of being busy.

MANAGER is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. Refused the right to serve me from the drive through because she asked me how many ketchup packets I wanted and I replied 4 and she responds back “okay 3” then I respond back “no, 4. Can you not hear me very well?” She then told me she refuses the right to serve me. I then went inside for her to explain and she refused to speak to me. I then mentioned to the assistant manager that as a manager it is very unprofessional of her to refuse to speak to someone especially when I just want to ask exactly what I did wrong and plus I am a concerned customer. She then told me it was my tone of voice. I then explained to her exactly how our exchange was and then she says “then you are fine”. We continued with our conversation then she told me to go and I asked for her name and she walked away from me and said she didn't have to tell me. Wow. I was just trying to order food for my daughter and I.

I got an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday. I asked if I can get happy birthday written on it, they told me you have give them 72 hours notice. Where’s the customer service at anymore
I can see why they only have three stars. I've been ordering a peanut butter parfait for about 20 years And requesting no fudge, just the hard chocolate instead. After I said, I'm sorry we'll go to a DQ that does she said OK bye. Also, after reading the reviews and saying the same canned comment, response from customer service tells me that you have no intentions on changing.. This is the first time I've ever driven into a DQ where they have said I'm sorry we can't do that. This is why businesses are going out of business, DQ sounds like you're next in line.

Wow is all i can say the service was disappointing the staff paid zero attention to details we were told a total twice once while my card was still in their possesion the after being pulled over from the drive thru window for over 10 minutes our order was incomplete. Not to mention the maple cookie milkshake being vanilla with some crunchy pieces! Unreal and for 41$ for two meals. Easy to say we will no long be eatting at this location.
