Wow is all i can say the service was disappointing the staff paid zero attention to details we were told a total twice once while my card was still in their possesion the after being pulled over from the drive thru window for over 10 minutes our order was incomplete. Not to mention the maple cookie milkshake being vanilla with some crunchy pieces! Unreal and for 41$ for two meals. Easy to say we will no long be eatting at this location.

The food is typically good and I dont ever have a problem with it but for some reason yall manage to screw up the blizzard almost every single time! Like imagine going to Wingstop and getting mid/ underdone wings everytime, or HogRock giving out scrappy patty melts, like how do you suck at what your known for?

Went for a blizzard the other night, and took our 3 little dogs too, and got them ice cream. Our blizzard was more of a shake, very runny, they gave us the wrong order, so had to wait for the right order, just seemed to be a real hassle for the workers

Horrible experience. I was picking up a delivery and had to wait more then 15min to get an order that had been placed 10 minutes prior. While waiting, the manager was screaming at her employees for everything. She went to deliver an order and came back and started screaming so loud a customer had to step in and tell her to knock it off in front of customers.

Walked to this location to discover dining area is closed due to short staffing. Disappointing management as the A&W, and Chipotle nearby don't have that issue. This could easily be fixed by paying your employees more and more carefully planning the staffing roster.

The line inside the store was insane, so we went through the drive through…we were in the drive thru for over a half an hour. We paid for 2 meals and 2 shakes, and they gave us back the wrong size for one shake and tried to send us on our way….we got the correct size of shake, they gave us the wrong flavor on the other, and then forgot the burger in our meal. By the time we got our food 45 minutes later (we had to pull forward to wait for our burger) our fries were cold. Terrible place - will never go back.
