This place has gone down hill fast. I would be embarrassed to have an establishment like this. The staff doesn't have friendly in their vocabulary and honestly seemed bothered taking your order...their JOB!!! My daughter on 3 occasions wanted an ice cream cake, she was told the first 2 times, they didn't have any, ok. Then was told the freezer was broke, I get it, not their fault. Then today she called and was told they have 5. My other daughter went to pick it up, was asked what kind, then went to get one, to come back and say guess we don't have any or didn't have any. You mean they couldn't of walked their happy ass to look before they told my daughter they had 5. Bull crap. I guarantee this place isn't making what they used to, no surprise there. Do better, take pride in what you do and maybe business will boom again. Disappointment for sure....

The service from the drive through attendant was disrespectful and inconsiderate. I understand that we are in a world that wants to use electronic funds more than paper money and coins. Therefore clerks do not want to open rolls of change if they don't have too because they will have to count out all the individual change in there register rather than counting a whole roll of coins. I find it very inconsiderate to ask a customer if they want there change back to make counting their register easier. Secondly I found it coincidentally the cashier looked away as she put the money on top of the receipt. However, as she looked away her hand moved and dropped the change on the ground. Because I wanted my change back I now had to move the car and get out and pick up my change from the ground. This act seemed very deliberate.
Just another reason I quit doing business with DQ!

Big DQ just a short walk down from HI (not HIE). Thankful cause that Country Kitchen looking over patronized at this juncture in time. Stroll into an eerily empty and bizarrely lit lobby. Cashier takes my order with grace and style. My Reese’s Cup Blizzard is THICK! My Reese’s Cup Blizzard is STRONG! My Reese’s Cup Blizzard is inverted to prove it’s not counterfeit. I’ve had better bugers and will again. Mind you this ham of the burg was done proper, I simply suspect Big DQ’s burger offerings aren’t to my particulars. It was too much food and not much health. Price wasn’t too bad and wasn’t too good. Service was good and that restaurant was spotless. Didn’t drop a deuce so I can’t attest to the plumbing or state of the resting room.

Exact change only! No signs posted stating the exact change requirement. I never experienced this with any business outside of the pandemic when there was a change shortage. Waited 15 minutes to just place our order with the one guy working the counter and making the soft-serve treats while I counted 4 other people just standing around in the back. Thankfully, we had a credit card, unlike the family of 6 who ordered after us and walked out when they couldn't pay with cash because they didn't have exact change. I've heard rumors this location has gone to crap, I just never expected it to be this bad. Highly disappointed in the service and extremely long wait times, but the food is still good. Try the pretzel sticks, they are yummy!

Thanks for ruining our first day of school tradition!!! We always take our kids to Dairy Queen for blizzards for making it though the first day of school. Last night was absolutely terrible and traumatizing experience!! We tried to go in at 9 pm was told we weren’t allowed to dine inside and to get the hell out. We went through the drive through, whomever was taking orders refused to listen. Our whole order was melted/ and unedible. And our son only eats chocolate ice cream the answer we were given was were out of chocolate ice cream he needs to deal with it. Needless to say we took our melted order and had to throw it away due to the carelessness of your staff!! I only put this here to tell others to go to Kiwi Loco instead!! Atleast they dont run out and not melted!! If you cant provide a serious than dont be open to the public
