It's a drive up coffee shop. They are super nice and always make my drink right. If it's not right, they'll remake it!
7.00 + for a Mocha...prices are ridiculous... I love dutch bros... the staff is polite. Service is fast.. the coffee is great! I just have an issue with the price, I usually buy 4 cups at the same time - that is over $ 30.00!! What used to be a several times a week necessity/habit is now a treat to be (maybe) monthly.

To be honest, the new employees are the rudest people i have ever run into at dutch. It used to be such a fun environment and now every time I go through they are always rude and have horrible attitudes.
