Whenever I'm in town from London, I stay in Ontario, Oregon the staff are always so helpful and friendly & always remember me to and my order to which amazes me considering how many customers they serve daily at each of the little locations around town! Much prefer Dutch Brothers to Star Bucks thats for sure. So I always tell people I know visiting ontario to use them rather than other places and their prices are reasonable to! So thank you to all the lovely staff at the drive through store the most as I use this location the most. 🥰

I understand being slammed but I ordered ahead so that way I wouldn't have to wait so long in the line but yet even with that I still waited 20 minutes for my drink only one person outside taking orders and and multiple people inside and not running drinks and just talking at the window like there is not a long line waiting I have never had this problem with Dutch

Ordered online, waited 30 minutes. Watched the employee hand my drinks to some girl who had just been standing there picking on her face. That girl touched our drinks all over the top. Disgusting. I understand getting slammed in the morning but that should not compromise your customer service and attention to detail.

I love me some Dutch bro.. I love my coffee freeze.. but I went to a different Dutch order a 911 freeze . They DIDNT TELL ME THEY DIDNT HAVE FREEZE . So they did it over ice. NOT THE SAME….. I should have been told . So I had an opportunity to change my order.. 8.00 went in the trash.. Dutch on 4th in ontario
