So I ordered my food got all the way home 20 minutes and found out I’m missing a bunch of stuff tried calling multiple times no answer there is no voicemail and they won’t make it right

Brought my daughter here. The burgers were good, tasted fresh and made neatly. The fries tasted like they were all taken from the bottom of the day old pile. A mix of stale, hard, and curly fries (i ordered regular) in addition, i had to clean off my own table and in the half hour I was there, no one made a pass through the lobby area despite several employees walking orders out to cars and seeing what I could see. I arrived at around 1pm and am writing thins at 130pm.

I come to this jack in the box almost every night and order a mocha iced coffee with light ice and tonight 5/25/25 at about 11:20pm I ordered tiny tacos and jack wraps and my iced coffee with light Ice I had said something to the lady about light ice after she filled my cup with ice she was very rude and said I don't care it's how she's getting it never got a receipt either I will go else where for now on

A couple months y'all had a burger called the big smash jack and I LOVED that thing I miss it dearly so ever since then whenever I order I always ask for the bacon double but like a big smash. And every time it's exactly like that greasy mess I've grown to love. 10x better than a big Mac and gah dayum it's good

I got the supreme sourdough breakfast meal, and even though it shows a drink included I was charged an additional $1 for an orange juice instead of coffee which I was told would’ve been extra too. The sandwich is all dry bread, there is not even a normal size egg patty in it and you couldn’t get the ham or the bacon any thinner and it’s not even a whole slice of cheese on it. What the hell has happened to quality food?? I used to love these sandwiches when I lived in Boise and this “breadwich” is nothing like those were. Seriously, what an absolute joke this is. Do better Jack-in-the- Box, this is unacceptable!!!
