Most of the employees are oblivious to their customers needs. Very slow. Food is usually cold and old when it comes out fast. It honestly seems like they take their time on purpose and then the food still comes out bad. Terrible customer service

Ordered ultimate breakfast sandwich and breakfast platter Xtra bacon. Waited 20mins at the window. Was told to move to the front of the building waited there for 10 mins. The man brought me my order. It wasn 't what I ordered. I like the food but the service is so sloooow. I have never seen any place as slow as this one I thought they were a fast food place. Guess not. I don't think I will be going back for awhile.

It was around 8:30 at night on a Thursday, I was having issues with my card and paying but the gentleman behind the counter named Rudy helped us and paid for our food!! This dinner is on him and we very much appreciate it!!!! Thank you so very much!!!! Rudy and helper we loved it THANK YOU!!! EVERY TIME I HAVE COME HERE THEY HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT GOOD TO ME! My husband and I went thru the drive thru and ordered 4 monster tacos and ended up getting two along with no Oreos in my milkshake. Went back a second time and got the Oreos for the shake and then gave us four regular tacos instead of the extra two monster tacos.
Another frustrating experience at the hands of this location. Forgot my sandwich and the amount of fries in the box was Insulting. Also, every time I would add an item to my order it was met with "is that it?" No, I promise I will communicate when I'm done ordering. I was only ordering for 2 people. This wasn't a complicated order. Do better. People pay hard earned money for their food

Ordered online, waited 20 minutes in drive thru, got my food, was told everything was there, I was missing a hamburger, a salad, two cheesecakes and all my sauces. Had to wait longer. All my food was cold, my shake was melted. I could've spent my money elsewhere. I don't know why I keep going back to this place.
