Drove from payette to Ontario KFC to spend 56 dollars and not get all of my food. When I called they told me I was welcome to drive back to get my missing food items, but I was already home. You guys over charge for your food and then waste people time money and gas forgetting things they paid for and the containers of food I did get were barely full. Please do better. Not only that, the chicken was way over peppered and extremely spicy because of it. 56 dollars for only half of my food and overly seasoned chicken my kids wouldn't eat because it was too spicy.

We spent the night in Ontario went to KFC for dinner waited 30 minutes only to be told they had no white meat. Another couple we were talking to had been waiting for 40 minutes they had also ordered white meat. Only when we complained about the wait were we told they had no chicken breast. We ask for a full refund. Worse service ever.

This was the nastiest and slimiest chicken I have ever had. Even the biscuits were undercooked. Like how do you mess up biscuits? Placed order for delivery and both Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes were missing. I’m livid and absolutely will not EVER eat from KFC again in my life. KFC used to be good but now it’s just chicken with soft skin and full of grease!!

I arrived in town 2 days ago to spend time with my family. Tonight we came in and placed a $76.00 order. We went to our familys house outside of Vale. Not only did we not recieve some of the food we had ordered, the food we did recieve was horrid and tasted about 2 weeks old. I will not return and neither will my family who resides here. My brothers dogs enjoyed the chicken.

Worst service ever! We order quite a bit of food. It took them 45 mins to get our order when it was already ready. 🙄 There was about 10 employees working and a entire lobby full of people and absolutely no one addressed a single one of them. I watched multiple people leave and go elsewhere. Then they forgot one of our extra sides we ordered. I called to inform them and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I will be returning tomorrow to get a refund or the item that was absent. Not to mention the food was garbage.

We were in there in September, ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal. got home with 4 dried up chicken tender only. Yesterday, we decided to try it one more time. 8 piece chicken meal, 4 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs. We were charged an extra $4.00 and some change. When we got home, we had 3 thighs, 3 breasts and 2 legs.
