We got our food, my boyfriend ordered plain, nothing but cheese and meat and they slathered mayo on it. Then I opened mine and there was a hair baked into the hamburger like inside the meat it was disgusting. Absolute waste of money this time.

For the FOURTH time (and there will NOT be a fifth), I placed an order on the app, and 35+ minutes later leave, and they STILL didn't have my order correct. IF you have to do KFC, and it HAS to be this one, use the drive thru.

If I could give zero Stars I would they are extremely rude we waited in line forever and they never even acknowledged us several people walked right past us looked right at us and just completely ignored us while we were waiting in line we finally just walked out. They weren't even busy we were the only ones in line. Every time we go there we have bad experiences. I don't think we ever wait in line for less than 15-20 minutes and then it's usually about a 30 minute wait for your food so unless you have at least 45 minutes to wait to eat I would not go here.

The workers are lazy and rude . The manager makes promises she can’t keep!!! I had to call the cooperate office to make them aware of everything and this store still didn’t make my family the new meals they’re owed …. Even after getting their name in a book for the make up order …. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Today i did an order for 12 + 6 pieces of chicken and they only gave me 12 and i didn’t get to see because i was in a hurry and i would’ve expected them to have everything in the bag since it was a large freaking bag and Once i got to vale i saw that they only one bucket im extremely disappointed in this establishment i never had this happened but this is not okay.

I looked straight at the huge menu and said I would like that spicy chicken and she stated very rudely that they did not have spicy chicken and I said it is right there...she said ma'am, that is a spicy chicken SANDWICH and with everything I tried to order, she called me ma'am very rudely and tried to say a small order of cheese curds was 10.00 and was so irritated I was questioning it and I had to sub it with my order. Fine, ok so I did that and just wanted it to end. And then they had no pennies out of the safe so she did not give me an explanation, just said is that OK and threw it in my hand. I had to find out from a nice young guy when I ordered some coleslaw. Anna is not customer friendly and should stay in the back or quit because she hates her job.

I looked straight at the huge menu and said I would like that spicy chicken and she stated very rudely that they did not have spicy chicken and I said it is right there...she said ma'am, that is a spicy chicken SANDWICH and with everything I tried to order, she called me ma'am very rudely and tried to say a small order of cheese curds was 10.00 and was so irritated I was questioning it and I had to sub it with my order. Everything was perfect for me. I could've lived without the way another group of customers was treating your cashier. She was waiting on other guests and was asked by 4 different people from that group for waters they had ordered. She told each one she would get them which evidently wasn't going to work for them. In my eyes they badgered her for those waters. She didn't need that treatment she was doing her best to make every guest happy instead of just one. I give my heart to thus cashier and hope she keeps striving to help everyone.
