Great spot in town. Delicious food at pretty reasonable prices. The ambience is good but not fantastic. It feels like more of a theme park than an actual pub except for ironically the loo. The harsh LED lighting really makes it odd. But the decorations are fun and more importantly the, the food is delicious and well made. The clams were drowned in butter, the potatoes were drowned in butter but it was delicious. The soup even had prime rib! Fantastic food, service and prices.
NOTE ON HOURS: The Kitchen/Dining Room closes at 9:00 PM (Friday & Saturday), but the bar stays open until 1:00 AM and has food for another later but the fryer is open until 12:30. Great for drinks late, but get your food order in early!

Fun Irish atmosphere and very pleasant staff. Food was decent and you get a lot of it for the price! The mocktails were fun to try, with the one I got mostly being hot chocolate with peppermint. It was nice and creamy! Conversation was a little difficult to have between two people as there were two TVs on in the background along with the other patrons who are also talking. Makes for a loud environment. It's worth a visit and can be a fun place to try if you're in town.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Mackey’s public house. He ordered the ribeye steak and I had the traditional fish and chips. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be returning to this great restaurant. The service was excellent, and the price is very reasonable.

The staff was wonderful. The bathroom is clean. The Christmas tree was awesome. I've never seen one like this before!

We came here a few months ago while passing through. I still think about this place, we had that good of an experience! The food was great and the service was outstanding! We don't get over to this side of the state very often, but we will make it a point to come here again when we do!

The finger steaks were great! Subbed an extremely small salad instead of tots or fries. $3 extra seemed a bit much. The mashed potatoes my husband had with his meal were not edible. They offered to replace it. He declined. The waitress full on forgot our appetizer. Service was meh.... They need an update. Its dark and dinghy in there.

Wonderful unexpected treasure. Very nice cozy bar downstairs with billiards tables and reading room, felt like pub in Dublin. Fish and chips were fantastic. Flakey fish, perfect thin sliced potato wedges
