Having worked at 7 fast food franchise myself over half my lifetime, they are lacking and wasting in quite a few important ways.
1. I stood at the front counter and waited what could have been upwards of 5-8 minutes, just to get the drinks we purchased at the touch screen. Many of the workers had thir backs to the front, I counted at least 6 workers and possibly the area manager which made 7. None greeted me. Experience has taught me In the food service industry, customers will be much more forgiving if firat you spot them and warmly greet them. You can tell them, 'I will be with you in a moment.' Or get straight to them. I know at max 3 people to run drive through. I have in the past during rush hours done perfectly fine with 3. So half the staff needed their attention on the front. 2. The location needed better lobby care, they had the people. If you got time to twiddle your thumbs, you got time to be doing other things. 3. I KNOW COVID burnt a lot of quality workers out, but with all the now hiring signs, they should have been given ample time by now to have recoupEd some energy.
The food timing was also not by the book, and I worked at a McDonald's, I know there is a book. They need to up their game at this location, and they already have the numbers to do it.

If I could give zero Stars I would. The lobby was closed (a blocked sign on the door so you couldn't even see it was there). We didn't realize it was closed because we entered as someone was coming out. We were then yelled at that we weren't supposed to be there. Drivethru only. Manager was super rude, no explanation. Just yelled at me and my young kids. This manager was not kind at all.

Every time I go to this location - I regret it. They consistently disappoint. They frequently do not have items on the menu and they mess up my order more often than not.
The last few times I've told myself I'll never go back. Then I get craving a cheeseburger, cave in, go back and get disappointed again.
Tonight, they told me the only thing on the menu they could make was chicken. 🤨

I am always happy with the cleanliness of this McDonald's. I get tired of no cashiers, always have to wait about 5 m. as they are so busy filling drive thru and mobile orders. I have gotten to ordering on the phone and have them bring it to the table. Much quicker service.

every single other mcdonald’s (including this one in the past) that i have been to will let me get a 6 piece chicken nugget meal w a medium fry and i always ask to upgrade the drink to a large knowing ill have to pay extra for that. i asked to upgrade the drink to a large and im told they cant do that. i tell them every other one ive been to lets me do that. he comes back to tell me the manager says no. so i just order everything separately pissed as hell. but whatever. i receive my food and i look in my bag after feeling like i needed to rush to leave the drive thru and i did not get my medium fry that i paid for untop of this already terrible experience. i’ve never had problems w this location before but this makes me never want to come back especially after not even being told sorry that they messed up or anything. and im not one to get upset about shit like this but cmon. do better.

I try not to eat at this location because they can never get a simple order correct. For 2 years I have never received what I ordered from this location. Today I ordered a 4C large combo. That is a Chicken deluxe combo in a large size meal. They guy taking the order could not even post it correctly on the screen, but after the third time he finally got it correct. I pulled up to the 1st window and he didn't reciet back the order, just the amount. I paid and drove forward. The server started to hand me a medium sized drink and I then looked at the receipt to see yep the cashier changed the order to a large size meal but with a medium drink??? Then as I drove off the large fry was not even filled to the top, just barley to the front cut out. They were all short frys less than 1 inch in length and saturated in oil and hard. I started on the chicken deluxe sandwich to find it was hard and very crispy.... don't waste your time at this location... drive to the one up by the old west park plaza mall. At least they will give you the correct meal that tastes great and fresh French frys!

I had to give a Star in order to do a review otherwise I wouldn't have! After placing a breakfast order through the app, well before the cut off time and sitting in a line that wrapped around the building I was rudely told they stopped breakfast 2 mins prior to us being acknowledged at the speaker and they would be canceling my order 💩 So we went to Burger King and won't bother with Mc Donald's again! Step up your customer service skills and be better!
