Yoshi and Annabelle do an incredible job! They’re truly the heart of the store and keep everything running smoothly, even under challenging circumstances. They always have a big smile, ready to be helpful and have an amazing attitude! They definitely deserve a raise!

This is evidently the worst KFC I've ever went to. I left because the damn confession. I order their spicy wing box, 4 legs, 4 wings, side coleslaw. What I was handed was a 8 piece. No coleslaw, no hot wings basket, nothing what even looked like my order. I left without getting my $19.99 back. I just didn't need any more stress. Horrible place if you really want a correct order.

The customer service was really awful. It took 30 min for us to get our food and when we did the employees did not say a single word to us as we said thankyou. They did not acknowledge anyone who was standing at the counter. There was one fellow with brown hair and blonde tips or something that was jumping in and helping everywhere he could. This is supposed to be a fast food friendly place and today it was not. Most of the employees were standing and chitchatting while customers were standing upfront.

Got sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and asked and paid for extra cheese. Didn’t get it. Also why is my egg the one that comes in the muffin? Y’all suck today
