New restaurant, service moves at glacier speed. 45 minutes for 4 McDoubles and a half cut tea is too much! This has happened all 3 times I've been there. Until they get it together.... I'm done. Will make the 6 minute drive to Ontario.

Busy as always during lunch, so I decided to go in to beat the line of vehicles in the drive thru which I did however workers were to busy focusing on the drive thru screen that my food sat there waiting 15 minutes before I said something and was attended. To top it off one of my cheese burgers was missing onions. I understand mistakes are made and the lunch rush can throw things off and so I’m not really upset just disappointed on how management handles their crew.&

Like I said this is one of my most disappointing reviews for McDonald's so they must have just switched from breakfast to lunch the fries are very disappointing they got enough salt and they're not dry but they're very bland not McDonald's signature fries I went ahead and tried the fish sandwich and it is definitely not worth the 529 it would cost if you don't use points very small so I probably pass on that one and then the Chicken Big Mac was delicious last time the meat is fine the reds fine but something's up with the special sauce definitely is lacking in again in the signature taste so overall very very disappointing the people were nice atmosphere was fine just not that good of food this time

YOUR Employee Tessa looked me in the eye and told me IT'S MY FAULT THAT 4 LARGE DRINKS SPILLED IN MY CAR BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO CLOSE THE LIDS CORRECTLY. THE DRINK HOLDER FOLDED IN HALF AND ALL SPILLED IN MY CAR. She had the nerve to tell me that then run and hide behind the window and laugh with all the little coworkers on the shift. All while they closed the lobby because they were short "staffed". I saw atleast 6 employees at that moment. 3 of which were laughing in the background. And the way drinks are being poured doesn't look sanitary to begin with. They're using two old dirty cups to get ice from I don't know where and bringing it up to fill other cups. I've never had any issues at this location till now, it needs some serious help.
So we come in at about 10:30pm in the lobby. We get ignored for 15 minutes while they only served the drive through. We left. If you only want to serve the drive through maybe you should close your lobby.....

Their milkshake machine and ice cream machine only seems to be working about 2 or 3 days a week every time I go there they are always down when they do not have Milkshakes to offer. How hard can it be to keep a milkshake machine clean and running. Seems like if you had one employee or even a manager that was conscientious on that that would not be a problem they would make a lot more money if they sold milkshakes!

These guys continuously messed up my mocha order and don’t put the whip cream on it. It’s not a huge deal, but the coffee is inconsistent and for four dollars each coffee I would die not think that is acceptable occasion. When I asked why it was in a different cup and did not have whip cream. They just looked at me and tried to make me seem stupid, the lady that takes the order and usually is awesome but this has been consistently annoying

I only got a mcchiken and soda but they were very good. The staff was amazing. Everything was perfect except the tweakers that came in and started talking to minors and yelling at staff.
