There hasn't been soap in the women's restroom for probably a month. I stop and sit during my down time. I would order but if there isn't soap, then the employees are serving food with dirty hands. 🤢

The Ontario McDonald’s Morning crew are absolutely the most lazy and incompetent crew you’ll ever encounter. They have 3 staff standing up front doing absolutely nothing while their lobby is packed and people are being redirected to use the kiosk when paying CASH. We watched a lady literally beg to get service by knocking on the counter, just for some man to TAKE OUT HIS PHONE and turn down his music on his AirPods like she was the inconvenience. We waited for 20 minutes before someone finally gave us the time of day. Seriously this McDonald’s needs a corporate standard inspection because damn….

Service was very slow, it seemed they were understaffed, but employees were friendly. Even though the menu had just switched to lunch while we were in line, the food was stale.

I order online regularly here- I'm not usually one to leave a negative review, but I ordered coffee and some breakfast sandwiches online and the coffee was sour. I looked at the drink, and there is curdled milk at the bottom of my coffee. They used expired cream to make my iced coffee. The service was also terrible. Nobody said a word to me at all except to ask what my order was. I have worked fast food, and this was disappointing.
I’m mad… went in to change my babies diaper and there wasn’t a changing table at all. I would grab a picture but I’m already in the car. I ended up changing his diaper in the car which I was trying to avoid because it’s uncomfortable. McDonald’s do better. You redid your building but somehow discriminatiing against parents with babies that need diaper changes. I’ve never been so upset. Where am I supposed to change his diaper? Am I just suppose to let him sit in it?? Wow. I’m so mad . What is up with these restraunts not having mothers rooms or changing tables in the bathroom. KFC / A&W on Eagle rd in Boise Idaho doesn’t have a changing table either. Makes me so mad. So apparently mothers with kids who need diaper changes can’t change their diapers in the bathroom or anywhere but the car. McDonald’s you forgot something in the bathroom. I’m owed an apology for having to change my son’s diaper in the car. Wow. Can’t tell you how mad and angry I am.
