I had Tabitha roll, it was ok.. my wife had a bento box and Miso soup. The soup was bland relying on the onions for flavor and they failed. The white rice was dry and hard. The .. pork? My wife said it was pork, I'm still not convinced. It was proof that just because it's battered and fried doesn't mean it's palatable. The server disappeared and I had to go looking for a to go boX(I have a lab) and had to tell the gal at the front that we never got a tab..

4.3/5 It took about 8 minutes of standing at the front door to be seated although it looked like plenty of tables were still available. my buddy ordered the burger and fries and myself the chicken bowl with noodles and we both wanted to try some sushi. I believe it was called Tigers eye? He said his burger was pretty good, the fries were ok, my chicken bowl was good the chicken was nice and fresh and the noodles good but I felt it had a little too much Teriyaki sauce. That sauce goes a long way so less is more. We both thought the Sushi was good, the rice tasted like it was going a bit old and dry but still really good. Great service from our waiter and a beautiful restaurant and surprisingly really good price for what we got, it wasn't overpriced like most places nowadays.
The new restaurant is very nice and alot bigger than the old one.. The food is always great and the service is great as well... just keep in mind, the restaurant is always very busy....?

Ordered some take out for some dinner snacks for the fam, the broccoli tempura sounded good and of course the mafa chicken. Broccoli tempura was a bit weird, it wasn't as fully breaded as i would expect and they had ranch on the side instead of au jus sauce. Mafa was perfect, definitely be ordering more of that in future. Take out server was nice and it took no time at all. Inside seemed to be a nice atmosphere.

Look, I understand that Idaho is not the place to go for premium sushi. That said, there is a problem with their salmon. The first time (Nigiri combo), I thought it might have been a bad day and the fish was on its last leg. It had an "off" smell and taste. However, I tried one more time tonight and the salmon again tasted and smelled fishy in the dangerous way. There is no problem with the tuna, shrimp or eel but it's hard to return in good faith. If they let the salmon get like that, it's hard to trust what else might be going on. My suspicion is that most Fruitlanders are going for the teriyaki, cheeseburgers and the cream cheese deep fried rolls. They have some pretty tasty stuff but it's expensive and maybe risky if you're trying to eat on the Japanese side of the menu.

It seemed like the wait staff was extremely understaffed. Food was great and the venue is gorgeous.

Do it, take that short drive to Fruitland! The absolute best food and service! Food was presented so beautifully, tasted out if this world.
Vegetarian options: There was a whole side of a menu for vegetarian options!
Parking: It's behind Idaho Pizza, really can't see the beautiful building from the main street.

First time there. Cool place to be. Environment was happy. There were young adults. Young families. Older couples. Really nice place to be around everyone happy.
Kid-friendliness: There were young families. Kids were well behaved. Some other kids were a little loud but they stopped. Didn’t bother anyone.

We always stop here when out of town for Date Night! The service at the bar is always phenomenal. The sushi is outstanding! Couple of drinks and pokee nachos for an app and a bunch of rolls for dinner!
