Placed an online around 1150 am for ASAP and didn’t get the order until 1225. Saw about 30 people go through the line and get their food before me.
I’ve got mixed reviews here. Everytime I order the honey walnut shrimp only half the container is full. I’m talking about everytime. I’ve come here over 40 times the last two years and it’s always the same. It sucks. Especially when you pay extra because it’s the honey walnut shrimp. The orange chicken used to not be spicy but now it is so my kids can’t eat it because it’s like— excessively not. Not just lightly hot. So that stinks. Other than that great experiences. I have ordered through the app, great app. I have gone through the drive through. I have gone in to eat with my daughter. All experiences have been amazing. The people are friendly. The place is so clean you could probably do a 10 second rule instead of 5 second rule! One other qualm I have is just the fact they don’t automatically give you teriyaki chicken anymore, you have to ask for it. Thats what they keep telling me when I go it. So if I forget to get it for my husband he’s crap out of luck and so am I. Obviously depending on what time you go it might not be the freshest food ever. But it like this location. I can’t complain to much when everyone is always so friendly. I appreciate them.

My wife and I came to your establishment to get food. When we got home there was no teriyaki for the teriyaki chicken when we called we where told you have to ask for the sauce. Then they hung up on my wife.

I'm from Mountain view upholstery here in Ontario we have done the upholstery at panda express over 7 week's and I can't make them to pay as they don't respond are calls don't respond are messages,it is soo sisap

Dirty, sudsy mop water all over the floor in the main customer area, including the line where the customers order and pickup their food. Mop bucket just sitting there, no one mopping. It was dangerous and unsanitary at the same time. I suggested it was a slipping hazard but was ignored.

In a word, terrible! The food was so mediocre, even for fast food. The rice was so overcooked it was falling apart into mush. The chow mien was very soggy, as well. Try Dairy Queen across the parking lot.
Going to Panda Express it's like going to a bum to buy food from that sells you food and still begs you for more money. Also the attitude I have gotten from the people that work there is that they don't even want to be there. Also when they don't have your food ready they say pull up and wait. They then take theirs sweet time getting it out to you. Food is pretty good though to be fair.
