I'm a doordash driver, and Amador is hands down the best Panda Express employee I've encountered. Dude is on top of it, great customer service skills, and honestly one of the few who truly care about his work. A lot of the workers here are awesome, but Amador stands out in a big way

Staff is on point ☝️ customers seems to need a big ole rooster in the back, front and all side doors at the same time tho. Courteous and kind employees.

We stood there quite a while, which was normal for how busy it was. Then a lady in a black shirt with a name tag that said “Manager” came up. I thought we were about to get good service — but instead we were treated poorly, by the manager.
She asked for our order, we started to tell her, and she just walked off talking to herself. This happened twice. We assumed she was on a headset dealing with drive-through or something. She swap out the rice, topped off a couple things, took some dirty pans to the sink, then came back, rolled her eyes, put her hands up, stared at us and said, “Are you going to order?”
At that point I asked if she was even talking to us because we had been ready from the first time she asked, before she walked away mid-order.
Come to find out she was talking to us and never had a headset on or talking to anyone else. Just blatant and uncalled for bad attitude and service. Drugs? Drunk?
Needless to say, we didn’t get any of our food right and were overcharged for what we didn’t receive. And the portions we did get were tiny compared to normal. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe something else was going on, I don’t know — but she should not be in a manager position with that kind of social skills.
We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to, but this needs to be addressed.
For clarity: she had dark hair, shaved or very short from what I could tell, was wearing a hat and a black shirt that said “Manager.” Short, and honestly had the personality of a prison guard.
The other manager in a black shirt who was there was super nice and very helpful.

Good food for fast food. Went towards the end of the day and they made my order even though it was out. I appreciate their drive in making their customers happy. Great staff food is typically good and was here as well.

I DoorDashed a plate with one orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp and when it got here my orange chicken wasn’t in there.

Wait line was way too long, I’ve stayed in drive thru line an average of 20 minutes each time.
One specific occasion, I arrived an hour and thirty minutes before closing and was told they had limited menu options due to them wanting close early. It’s understandable to a degree, but not when the portions are scarce.

Very disappointed with the continued poor service at this Panda Express. I waited in the drive-thru for about 10–15 minutes, then was asked to park and wait another 10 minutes. When I checked my order (which we’ve learned to do because of repeated mistakes), one of our sides was missing — this is the third time this has happened.
I went inside to get it corrected and was told I had to wait in line again, even though I had already paid. There were three people ahead of me, and it took another 15–20 minutes to get the missing entree.
The worst part was the lack of customer care. The person who appeared to be the manager, dressed in black, ignored me completely and acted busy instead of helping.
This location really needs improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and customer service. It’s frustrating to spend this much time and money just to leave disappointed.

I wanted in line for 45 minutes! 20 minutes of it was standing at checkout watching my food get cold! Meanwhile I am watching food orders pile up and even nearly getting knocked on the floor because they wouldn't check people out! I understand being shortstaffed but that was not the case if one of the four people packaging orders were to check customers out this would not be happening. I spent $30 for cold food! I will not be returning anytime soon!

It's a good place for a fast meal

I ordered 3 meals, the guy WHO TOOK MY ORDER says he repeated it back when he did not. He told me the total and to pull forward (Miguel) when I asked the gentleman (Amador) at the window. If there was three meals he said no. I said okay there should be two of the first ones and then the last one and he started to get mad. Amador then started to get an attitude with me then threw his hands up at me and said WOW OK, then proceeded to add another meal and tells me to pull to #1. At that point of throwing his hands up at me I started to get irritated. He lets us sit in my car for over ten minutes until finally my grandpa goes and gets the meal himself. I went in to ask where the manager was and instead of nice friendly employees Miguel wants to get another attitude and say he didn’t know Amador threw his hands up at me. When I explained I was talking to the female and not him he wanted to get more of an attitude and say I was causing a scene. After waiting 20 minutes, with four other people in my car and two being children I wonder why I would come say something. When not only that but no one was even told about the car waiting for food making us wait even longer. THE SECOND MEAL WAS NOT EVEN MADE. Miguel wanted to say he told us they were waiting for Chowmein, when they didn’t tell us anything of why we were waiting. When in fact they were not because my friends who were behind us got there’s.
Amador was amazing! he was very efficient in taking our orders he didn’t make us wait long and knew exactly what to do! i always appreciate good customer service like that!

For me it's important to being able to see where your food is being prepared, always clean, you can even see the food before it's cooked. Convenient prices. Nice, professional and initiative employees, they are willing to chat with you while serving you, very cordial
