I ordered from papa Murphys and all pizzas were messed up .... we ordered a white sauce pizza and calzone with white sauce. Zero white sauce on either. My daughter sat waiting in the drive thru for 10 mins no one came until another car came. A young girl even walked by the windows to go to the walk in didn't even help her. The pizzas were very messy and just thrown together. Half of one of the pizzas didn't even have cheese. Papa Murphys has gotten worse. They used to be so yummy. It's a shame. She went there around 6:30pm on 11/20/24.

Ordered what we always order and every single person in our house that ate it was not feeling well after. Also tasted like they added something that didn't belong. So terrible and looks like our thoughts of ordering from them again are gone. Also employees weren't friendly and acted like they hated life. The girl at the counter was the only one to smile and talk to you.

Haven't ordered from Papa Murphys in a while but seems like the quality has gone done in the last year or so. There are hardly any topping on the Chicago style stuffed pizza. I remember this being different.

Usually it's really good but this time they were a little busy and and got a little skimpy on toppings had about 2 inches of crust on the edges and I had 2 pizzas and didn't notice till I got home

I attempted to order from the app without any luck. Even though it was 6:09 pm it said the store was closed. Believing it was a glitch in the app, I went in to the store to order a pizza. I arrived at 7:38 and was told they were not taking orders .The closing hour posted was 8:00 pm. It was so frustrating seeing that the store was opened then being denied service. Returning to the location is very unlikely .

Just a heads up, Ontario Papa Murphy's will not honor their online specials menu if you call your order in on the phone. They charged us almost the same price for a medium pizza, that we paid for the large on a Tuesday. It really feels like false advertising. We love their pizza but there is too many other good pizza places to accept that this is a good business practice. So disappointing. We filled out a survey and the Manager responded, but we were just disappointed in the fact that their online menu, isn't their menu. How can that be right?

Went in 20 minutes before they were closing was told we could not order even after we explain to them that we tried for 7:00 on to call they shut the phones off this was on a Tuesday night one of their most selling days you would think they would stay open a little later than closing at 8:00 so that they can make more money not very happy we go there all the time too

Been coming to this plays for years even worked at this place and I am shocked that I have to give customer service one star if any. The woman (didn't catch her name) but had acne on her face with gray hair and glasses never seen her there before. Was very rude when I went through drive thru. Told her I didn't place a order online. And she said then you have to come inside which has never been an issue before (even when we got it last week) When I was trying to ask when that became a thing she said it's always been a thing in a snobby way and I was trying to let her know I've done it multiple times and never had this issue she said nope and slammed the window while I was trying to talk. Lost my buisness i would have come in if i actually got an answer. Very poor manners and poor customer service. I know the manager and he doesn't train his employees that way.
