We had placed a drive thru order, and I will say it was a bigger order ready for 11. Well, I pull up to the drive window and if they weren’t ready I wouldn’t mind waiting but my order was ready. My problem with my experience was the gal working the window… she was so unbelievably rude!! I’ve worked in customer service for a while, k know how it can be but for being her first customers and leaving a decent sized tip.. it was just so uncalled for! 11-11-23 11:00am

While ordering online, make sure you get your entire order. Sent someone to pick mine up and they charged them for the full order, gave them a pizza and sent them on their way. They knew i had ordered and paid for multiple items and they just let him walk out without any of them.

Ordered online an hour before! Pizza was not ready employees were standing around and they had to make our pizza's! Pizza was made very sloppy and not wrapped very well got cheese and toppings in my back seat!This is not the Papa Murphy's I use to know but probably wilk just get Dominos

This establishment does not answer the phones. So if you're trying to call in an order good luck. They want you to use the app, but half the time you experience a 'technical difficulty' leaving you unable to order via the app with a card. And unable to call in an order because their voice-mail is 'full'. If you wanna order, it's gotta be in person. Meaning you'll have to wait 30+ minutes at the storefront location for your order. Total joke.
Fast and friendly service! Never have any problems and they are always super patient with my larger orders. Not as common today as I'd hope, but this team is amazing. Very appreciated.

You guys seriously need to change your hours. This is ridiculous. I'm ordering online and get into checkout and get a message saying this location is no longer taking online orders at this time. It's not even 8pm! Says it closes at 9pm. I guess I'll go to Pizza Hut. They don't close until midnight. Most people in Ontario are night owls. Every restaurant should close no earlier than midnight.

Asked for a 2 liter of soda that was cold and the lady had major attitude and said yeah..if we got one..then slowly walked up front came back and I said thank you and she shut the window..Will definitely just make our own homemade pizzas from now on..

Their prices are getting too high for some of their dishes.Dietary restrictions: I love the gluten-free pizza, but all the workers need to know that when making them, please put clean gloves on. People with celiac cant have contamination. Thanks
