Well they gave our omelets to the wrong table so 1 of 3 plates sat dying in the window all 4 waitresses were standing talking about it while never once returning to our table to let us know we'll not until we got up to leave 40 minutes after arriving and the fact that they were expecting one of us to eat the plate that had sat there for that long was just rude

We've eaten here several times, food and service was always good. 8/12/2025 was different. We was given our menus, then forgotten. We decided to leave, then another waitress realize what we was about to do and hustled over. I get when you're busy things happen, other customers can be very demanding. My hashbrowns were over done, hubby's was a tad raw. Over all meal was good.

We went there this morning July 4th 2025.They were really super busy so it took a little while to get our food no big deal. Gave me plenty of time to observe the dishonesty of the manager. (the red head) I watched her take tips off of tables that were not hers. I watched her check. People out that were obviously the blond waitresses tables. I watched her put part of the blondes tips in her pocket, the remainder in a drawer that I'm assuming was for the blonde waitress. I ask at my checkout who the manager was. To find out that the manager, what's the waitress stealing the tips. I did let the blonde waitress know she needs to watch her tips. So if you do, go to rusty's pancake and steakhouse, PLEASE take the time and hand your waitress her tips. Management evidently cannot be trusted and shouldn't be trusted with somebody else's money.

Waitress was slow bringing food and drinks. Never came to see if we needed anything. Had to send fruit back it was no good it was spoiled. Didn't bring anything back to substitute it. Still charged for it. Then added there own tip when I went to pay. I wouldn't recommend. Plus shady people hang outside around the doors. Lady had a knife and kept watching every move we made my parents are elderly they don't need that crap.
