Met Subway Area Manager by the name of Olive at the Ontario Restaurant. She not only makes a great sandwich, but she and her staff provided a great experience today. Great sandwich, clean store, professional and courteous staff. Good job everyone.

I got two sandwiches here, and both of them had not a hair, but a whole head of hair in them, was the most disgusting thing I think I've ever eaten, that's saying a lot, I'm 61 and have a time or two, eaten out of dumpsters on my life. I will never eat at Subway again because of it.

Order a footlong, get a 6 inch and the half I got wasn't even correct.
Ordered a 2nd footlong, it's also incorrect. 3 sandwiches, not one was made correctly.
Staff told me "drive back into town we'll fix it" nah. I'm good. Thanks.
It was an online order; it's all right there on the screen. There's no excuse for every single sandwich in an order being wrong; nor is there paying $13 for a sandwich and only getting half of it.

Perfect sandwich everytime!! Even online orders. They even wrote a 'Thank you!' note on my online delivery!! And specifically wrapped the toasted sandwiches with a layer of tinfoil to keep them warm. Above and beyond when it comes to attention to detail!! And very patient. The staff need a raise from their boss!!
