Can you guys please not be in such a hurry that you put the sauce on the wrong place? My sandwich doesn't taste right cause the mustard was all over the place.

Neveah naillon, and Gigi gisi were very disrespectful to me and caused me to just leave and come back at a later day just so I could enjoy a sandwich. Gigi actively makes fun of me and lies about my friends to me and is making my life difficult. I just wanted a sandwich and I left with life problems.

My food was AMAZING, the two young ladies manning the counter tonight did a fantastic job of not showing how overwhelmed even though they very clearly were being slammed by customers. The other kid (male) I can only assume is the shift lead didn’t really do anything to help them unless he ABSOLUTELY HAD TO and every time he showed his face in the front, he was talking down to the girls in an ugly unsavoury tone. I almost spoke up but decided saying something bc rude to his face wasn’t enough, I’d rather his manager know he can’t handle the responsibility of night lead.
10/10 for the young ladies being punching bags

Terrible service. The girl taking my order was rushing me even though the place was practically empty and the other staff were just standing around talking so I’m positive it wasn’t because they were busy doing something in the back. Portions were skimpy compared to every other Subway I’ve been to, and I had to ask for more of almost everything. She was unfriendly, and when I ordered a cookie, she shoved it in the bag with my sandwich, breaking it into pieces.

We went in to get two sandwiches, and there was no one in the lobby, but three employees working. No one greeted us. We waited just under 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us and said she needed to put cheese on an online order and then would be with us.

There was almost no tuna in my sandwich, so I asked for more, and she said it would be an extra charge, which is fine, but I wish they wouldn't skimp on the main sandwich ingredient. My daughter's sandwich didn't have much bacon on it and a fly kept landing on it, and neither worker tried to make it go away. (That was disgusting.) Then her sandwich was not even cut halfway. Very frustrating experience.

The drive thru was unbelievably fast, I ordered, drove straight to the window and they had finished two sandwiches already, I feel like I passed through some kind of sandwich wormhole.

I walked in to the store today 6-12-2025 and there was 2 workers that I can see. One girl (the main reason I’m writing this) asks me if I have an online order I let her know it’s a door dash. I’m 5 minutes early and she lets me know it’s not ready yet. I know what the order is and I see them being prepared as they are also helping 2 customers. I sit to be nice and wait. Another customer comes in and they do his entire order and I realize the girl who I spoke to is training so I don’t think anything of it and let her continue it was only until ANOTHER customer came in and they start taking their order that I’m like where’s my dash? so I stand up and she looks at me and then looks away fast as she’s training.. like WHY WAS I NOT TOLD MY ORDER WAS READY? I am on a time limit and I feel that was super unprofessional of the girl you have training. I WOULD LOVE TO THANK MARISSA WHO WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO WHEN LOCKED EYES WITH ME CAME TO GIVE ME MY ORDER THAT WAS READY AND JUST SITTING THERE FOR ME. Thank you Marissa for having GREAT customer service. I’ll forever remember you and sadly your terrible coworker.

Had the sandwich delivered and wasn't a Philly cheese steak. Got some black forest ham and a weird combination of toppings.
Went in person the next day and ordered again. The young manager was awesome. I don't want anything free just what I ordered. The other employee just complained about coworkers the whole time I waited. Anyway, I'm expecting better results in the future.

Went in to grab a couple sandwiches, girl that helped was nice when I ordered my sandwiches and I asked to make sure that the coupon I had would work on the sandwich I bought she assured me it did. Music was blasting right in front of register, than my coupon said it was invalid or expired but does not expire until January 2025. This is why I go to belly busters!
