These guys DO NOT have it together…..ordered 2 different times in a month and both times they didn’t give me all my food… it’s like they don’t want me to have the Doritos loco combo…. They are horrible!!!!!!!!!!

This store needs some help with leadership and management, we went there they completely ignored us for thirty five minutes waiting on food, they had a rush and lost all communication, with each other and it all went to sideways, I ended up leaving upset cause we always get taco Bell, but that experience there changed everything, so we ended driving around looking for what to eat next, and guess what, we ended going to del taco for the first time and I was so impressed, great hospitality, great staff and the manager came to great us while we were the r dining in 😃, so I'm now a del taco fan cause of the poor staff and management there at this taco 🔔
Please, just get peoples orders correctly. Are your staff incapable of counting past 5? Also, fun side note. I have three pieces of chicken in this $4 taco. And I'm missing kind of the key item, my $5 CHALUPA in the CHALUPA bell bundle.
Please just close this business so another one who doesn't suck can take its place.

Literally the worse. Place looks like a pig pen. I could have drove to Mexico and bought tacos quicker then my to go order took. Only 3 people in the restaurant. Never go back, better to be hungry.

We were driving thru on a road trip and stopped to pick up a quick bite to eat on the road. Ordered 2 Burrito Supremes. First they tried to give us someone else’s order and then when we did get our order they were regular burritos. The difference in price was $6.60. When I called them back, we could come back and they would remake them - after I just told her we were on the road already. THEY DONT LISTEN! Be careful to check you orders!!!! Would not recommend. $6.60 is $6.60!!!!
