One of the worst Taco Bell’s in the Treasure Valley and probably in the state of Oregon. Open til midnight but shuts everything off at 11:10pm and makes every online APP order cancel for a refund days later. 1/10 rating.

First off, I have never have left a fast food review. I drive out to Ontario a couple times a month (for work, not for smoke) and this taco bell has never disappointed. I know it's just taco bell, but it keeps me going back just with how much value you get for your money. Almost worth the 45 min drive. . Almost.

Driving through on our way home, put in a mobile order 15 minutes away and waited another 15 in the lobby. While waiting watched 2 orders come out wrong and 3 other online orders waiting angrily. Things got so bad they locked the lobby doors to prevent other customers from entering the restaurant. While the food was ok the service was awful.

Took almost 30 minutes for 2 burritos. Employees were laughing throwing stuff at eachother as we were waiting at window. They're was one employee who was kind ans apologetic. She seemed like she was just waiting on everyone else. Have no idea what they were doing. 6:40 on a Friday.

I was driving through on the highway and ordered, via mobile pickup, the cantina chicken bowl with no sour cream and no ranch sauce. They had me verify my order and still slathered it in that nasty ranch sauce, as well as forgetting the guacamole that is supposed to be on it. I had to throw out almost all of the cheese just to scrape whatever i coulf of the ranch off.
A line like Chick-fil-a, but because they're incredibly slow. Took us almost 30 minutes. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant. Avoid

Orders are never correct, and they never answer the phone when you call. how hard is it to make the Lux boxes. the orders are literally printed on a sticker and placed on the box. yet all 4 we ordered today were wrong and missing items.
