We stopped here to get a quick meal for our daughter who has a wheat allergy. We asked for a lettuce wrapped burger, which is a pretty simple and common request, but the first person didn’t seem to understand. After some confusion, another employee offered to just put the bun on the side, which was fine. The real issue was when we opened the food and realized they didn’t even include a meat patty. Just the bun we couldn’t use. So we basically paid for the most expensive bun ever, and our daughter didn’t even get a meal. This should have been an easy request. Allergy or not, it’s frustrating when something so basic gets missed. Really disappointed.

Similar to other reviews. Speaker while ordering in thr drive thru doesn't work well. Can barely hear anything. Fairly quick service, but after repeating order multiple times, still got it wrong. Just passing through so I don't have to worry about going there again.

Worst experience I've ever had there they couldn't hear anything i said at the ordering machine and once I got to the window still got my order wrong the lady had no clue what she was doing and still gave me the wrong order after we sat in the drive thru for over 30min trying to get the right order down it came out to much more and turns out the lady helping me was the manager? How dose this even work? I was not provided with any compensation or ideas for resolution. Bad management not going back for a very long time and will be advising everyone i know to do the same. It was a simple 2 person order I even showed them for example the order on my phone and was told to go inside to order. Very very disappointed and upset.

I lived on Whopper lunches all through my college days. But when this place reopened after the fire it seems like they changed something in the flavor of the whopper. Not a fan of the new taste.

I waited 25 mins in the drive thru today with one car ahead of me and when I got to the window, the gal was in a rush and not particularly pleasant. She didn’t ask if I wanted sauce and didn’t include napkins in the bag, or say more than two words. On top of that, the food was not good. The burger toppings were piled on top of each other right in the middle of the bun (I shouldn’t have to re-engineer the structure of my burger for it to be palatable).

I’ve eaten here since I was a kid and it’s generally been pretty good, but over the last few years it’s gone downhill. This is not the only bad experience I’ve had at this particular franchise, but it’s the one that was bad enough to inspire this review.
