l ordered online and spent about $34, came through the drive-thru and patiently and politely waited for my food for 40 minutes, and then came home and had a completely different order, so I called 11 times with no answer, went to burger king with all of the food they gave me that wasn't mine, patiently and politely waited to be helped and then the first person who helped me was very nice and got my actual order started, the manager made me give the old food back and they proceeded to not include my fries. come here if you want someone else's food and then to be ignored and treated poorly once again, I went through again lately and politely got more fries, incredibly horrible service/food experience.

I just ordered BK via DoorDash. My dasher was amazing. But when I received my order, (double cheeseburger and nuggets) the double cheeseburger was not made at all. Just two patties and a bun. Not only that, but it took 40 minutes to receive my order. I placed my order at 2:20 and my dasher texted me at 2:45 that they had not even began to make my order. To the Burger King manager: why are you even open if you don’t give a damn about the quality of food? I’m still going to eat it because I’m hungry, but please do better.

Had breakfast this morning, #2. My sandwich was dry, hard a brittle. Why would anyone let this to be severed? About half way through I tossed it. Coffee was good. Young lady at the window was great. Your receipt machine has not been printing properly for months. Is Pendleton not good enough to repair it? Please get some full time management and straighten this place out. It needs it.

The Impossible Whopper makes it to where my plant based family can go get some fast food on the rare occasions we are too busy to cook. The other main fast food chains don't really have any plant based options. The burger is actually really good too. McDonald's and Arby's are still stuck in the dark ages bro. Burger King is the coolest for its inclusivity.
Can't count how many times orders have been totally messed up and the drive through hold up is crazy long. Love BK but man it is not fast food here lol

The lady manager was rude, didn’t get all my food and when I asked she rechecked the order and was bossy to her employees even though he was so nice to help
Im sitting in the drive thru writing this, and have been waiting for almost 20 minutes now just to have them take my order. Id understand if the establishment was busy, but they aren’t. The person in front of me in this drive thru ordered maybe 3 items, and they made me wait almost 15 minutes before allowing me to order. Staff at the window weren’t very considerate either, and were using rude body language/ ignoring us as we came up to the window. Would not recommend going here, especially if you’re expecting fast food.

This place in pendleton has changed. I had a mess up on my service. i took my burger in for a fresh burger . They put it in a microwave reheated it with the lettuce and all. I let management know, and they denied that they did that when watched them do it. There have been other issues like fries not being fresh and hot. I have not been back to this particular BK for nearly a year. Have not been happy with this burger King. Tables are hardly clean. Always out of the ketchup by the drink machine.

Every time I go, there are 4-5 cars in the drive thru. It has become a 60min wait time weather you go inside or not.
They completely ignore you like they are sweating to death, but really can't just manage what they have.

The blonde girl in the drive theu is so grumpy towards us every time we go here. I’ve never had someone make me a milkshake and not mix the chocolate into it and I watched her smile and be very nice to the car in front of us just to answer our thank you with “yep” and angrily shutting the window. Why is attitude like that allowed?
