My husband and I decided to try out this taco truck and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We highly recommend the shrimp burrito with steak and tacos al pastor so tasty. It was amazing, great prices and not greasy which is a plus for me because I’m pregnant.
I absolutely love Chimus Tacos, always have! However tonight was a little disappointing. I am unsure if it was just because it was close to closing or what, however I door dashed chicken nachos and two chicken tacos. I received one chicken taco and my nachos and the chips in my nachos were very stale, hard to chew. I will always recommend them but it was a little disappointing.

Chimus Tacos 2 is a taco truck in Eastern Oregon, considered by many to be the best. The food is always great, amazing, and excellent, made with love and the best ingredients. The menu has a great variety, where everything is reasonably priced. Must-try items include the perfect lengua tacos, massive burritos, the California burrito, carne asada fries, torta, and quesabirrias. The strawberries and cream and the bioonic desserts are also excellent. The salsas, like the habanero and the red salsa, are delicious and bomb with a good kick. Service is timely, lovely, friendly, helpful, and unmatched, with a typical 10-15 minute wait. It is a must and well worth the stop.
