If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. BLOOD on the infant changing table in the women’s restroom. Disgusting highchair, good thing I had my own Clorox wipes to wipe it off. Waited in line for 10 minutes to order with staff just walking past. Also our buns on our burgers were soggy and soaked in grease.

Whoever is the general manager of this establishment needs to wake the hell up and learn ANYTHING. Disrespectful staff and cleanliness is horrible. Tried to go through the drive thru prompt said “we are closed”… this was at 6pm on a Saturday. Staff proceeded to say “uh ok” and move on with their day. DQ should close this franchisees restaurant.

Weirdest DQ, but the service was fantastic, got extra chicken tenders in my meal. Price was kind of expensive though. The ice cream is still the best part.

I literally never leave reviews. Especially a bad one. But the employees here either need a break,nap Or a different job. Beyond rude!
They got our order wrong so I took it back up to the counter. 5 minutes later he brought the same order back to us and asked if we wanted it for free... we never got the right order or any money back. Overall not upset, it's what I expect when I see HS kids working.

Let’s order a single burger no onions , no tomatoes w onion rings and a peanut buster par. Out of onion rings….. hamburger was so full of must and ketchup that I had to open it and wipe it off with a napkin- twice! Then after waiting for 5 mins AFTER I got my burger I was informed they didn’t have peanuts! But they could make it with pecans- so I had them refund me. Store not busy, drive thru not operational and it was filthy inside. Do better.

I shouldn't have to wait an hour in a DRIVE THRU. RIDICULOUS. Nobody had a clue what all they were doing. I feel bad for the owner. Having your business represented so poorly

i went there today for chiken strip basket cause i recieved an email saying it was 7.49 limited time and it was on sign inside he charged me 8.99 i told him it was 7.49 kept telling me he doesnt know why it says that im very disappointed i wont go back

Every time I stop by they never have the full menu available. I get poor service, long wait times and to top it off soggy fry’s and undercooked tasting chicken. They are always understaffed 1 person running the counter and drive through is insane. Better off at the Walmart deli

The atmosphere could be cleaner. Unfortunately, during my recent visit—my fourth or fifth time here—I was trying to order a specific ice cream item that included peanuts. Still, they didn’t have all the necessary ingredients each time. I found this unprofessional, especially since they were also out of most of the menu items.

Waited 30 minutes for a single chicken basket order, and you could tell by the looks on everyone's faces that they did not care. They didn't care that they were going extremely slow, they didn't care that they messed up someone's order three times before they got it right, and they did not care enough to even apologize to anyone.
Those have to be some of the most worthless individuals I've ever seen.
