I ordered a few items one of them being a two piece chicken meal. I instead got a fish stick meal, which would be no problem if they were willing to make the chicken, but instead I was wrong. The blame was pushed onto me because when it was said back to me (through drive thru speakers) I didn’t hear the individual say the fish sticks instead of chicken strips. This Isn’t their first mistake, but it is their worst and last for us. There are better small businesses in this town that deserve everyone’s attention and money more than this place does.

Don't understand how alot of people think they have the best burgers in town. Not even close. They are expensive for what you get. Nothing at all special. Maybe 30 years ago it was the best burgers, but now not worth the wait.

The burgers were quite good. I'm glad I ordered the angry sauce for my pastrami burger, though it didn't make it a spicy burger.
Biggest issue was that we have a lot of hours driving ahead of us. It may have been busier for the holiday travel season or something else slowing them down. For whatever reason, it took about 30 minutes for us to get our order. Burger wasn't so good it was worth that much of a slow down on a long drive.

How's is pretty much a drive-thru only restaurant. They do have some tables outside but to get the food you'll have to for the drive-thru. The food was good. But you can expect to wait while they do cook it as everything is cooked to order.

Randy was the absolute worst “customer service” experience I’ve had. I asked for a BLT and asked if there was anything else on it she said “you don’t know what’s on a BLT?” And laughed at me… she made me extremely uncomfortable and was rude the entire time, I’ve ordered plenty of BLT’s that came with extras that I didn’t order so that’s why I was clarifying. At the end I asked “what was your name again?” And she said “why, are you going to complain about me?” I stayed silent.. so uncomfortable. Will not be coming back. Terrible customer service this must be her first job in customer service.
Said was closed at 8pm. Online says open until 8:30pm. Some blond woman kept yelling through window. Rude to customer. Wouldn't open window to talk. Other side had customers getting food.

My burger had a long black hair on the inside of burger, coming out of the cheese (I’m blonde.. so not mine that got stuck) and they offered to remake it and offered a refund for the burger, which was very nice and handled it well. However, the inside of the establishment is disgusting. There was probably 100 flies in that tiny kitchen (no exaggeration…) and I quickly saw how hair got into my food, the food handlers all had long dark hair and don’t wear gloves. I actually saw someone take money, then turn around and prepare food. The girl running the grill grabbed patties and put them on the grill, then grabbed cheese to add to a different patty, then went and grabbed lettuce to dress a burger. Simultaneously without gloves and without washing in between.
