Probably the worst burger I've ever gotten from a restaurant. They didnt let the grease drain from the patty before they put it together. The bun was soaked and grease was pouring out of it as soon as I removed it from the wrapper. Thank goodness they gave me quite a few napkins but it still stained my top. Not sure if I will come back to this location for a while. The flavor was fine but the overall experience was not. The jalapeño poppers where perfectly cooked so I'll give them that.

i went to jack in the box last night, (12/29) and ordered a jr chicken sandwich and a chocolate milkshake. my friend ordered a 4 pc of chicken nuggets, we gave them $12 for an order that was $11.47, didn’t get my change back at all (53 cents). to my lovely surprise, when i opened my sandwich, it had two sliced tomatoes on it, absolutely no lettuce. my brother and i went this morning, and i ordered a sausage crossiant sandwich combo and had to get a infused redbull because the worker said they didn’t have coffee and “couldn’t do a boba,” once again, to my lovely surprise, my sausage CROISSANT sandwich was on a NORMAL hamburger bun, with absolutely no explanation or a quick “hey, just to let you know, we’re out of croissant buns,” i am quite annoyed and don’t think i’ll be going to this location anymore.

The service is terrible. It took about 10 minutes for us to be able to order with no one in the drive through and no one in the restaurant. It took a while for us to get our food and when we did get it, it was falling apart. The burritos did not hold together and they did not label the food so I ate my friend's burrito and he ate mine. It was too late before we knew. The food is decent; average at best. Not worth the time or price.

The service is poor, they don't great their customers or ask if they're ready. They don't mark the order so the customers know what they have. And they're fried food is saturated with oil instead of fresh and crispy.

Ordered 3 thing got the sandwich right but didnt load the loaded mini tacos ,it was just mini tacos and the milkshakes we got tasted and felt like whipped cream not a milkshake.

I waited over 15 minutes in line. The person who took my card to run it, lost it and refused to find it. In my order, they did not give me the right amount of food (I was missing) a piece. Overall horrible experience.
Everyone walking around no one would take my order stand there 5 min. Everyone just walking past me..I was the only one in there not even in the drive thur I just left went to burger king

The food was pretty good when I went but the fries were clearly not cooked to their best and they were cold. I asked the person that was in the drive thru if they were made fresh and she said yes. I don’t understand how hard it is to put the fries in the fryer. Aswell as when they opened the window all the girl said was, here and told me that there ere busy so I went inside and there was quite literally no one there. I’m so fumbled and the amount of disrespect I had to go through was completely diabolical never going here again
