Would have been second in line in the drive thru, made the mistake of parking and ordering inside.
20 minute wait after ordering and paying to get 2 sides and 8 chicken strips. And they got one of my sides wrong, after double confirming what it was at the counter.
At least 3 cars got through before mine did, how about prioritizing by order, and not just the drive thru. There were 4 orders waiting behind me by the time I got my incorrect food.
Will not be dining here again. Shame, I enjoy their food.

Without fail this Jack in the Box location has provided me the incorrect order every time. I ordered chicken strips with ranch and they forgot to pack the sauce both times. Additionally, they will have signage for items they are not currently carrying. While the food remains consistent with other locations I cannot recommend this location because their service and ability to complete orders as requested is not meeting expectations. I waited an entire year to order here again hoping it was a fluke and they would sort it out, but it seems to be an issue specific to this location. I hope to see it resolved.

I eat here Saturday and can I tell you there was so much flies there ice cream machine was not working it was like a ghost town inside and when I got home my stomach started hurting and it was hurting all night

Wow what can I say the outside is nice and new lobby looks great go to wash your hands before eating and you feel like you need a shower to get the ick of walking into the bathroom felt like the slightly less gross version of that bar from desperados staring Antonio

Order food thru app, got home with it and one order was wrong. Took it back and showed cook my order and he agreed it was wrong. Waited for him to remake order and got home with the wrong thing again. Buttery smashed is now meat and cheese with some strange sauce. Earlier it had bacon and friend is allergic and why it was a big deal. Them to mess it up again is on purpose or just incompetence. Which one is it Mr Cook?

The menu prices are not correct. When I pointed it out I got snapped at. Then the whole transaction the little lady was rude as heck. Won’t be going back here! Advertised at 8.19 charged 8.99. Not a big deal but the attitude was a big deal.

I placed an online order today and had to wait 40mins to receive my order. We originally went through the drive through as instructed on the app 7-9mins after placing order. We went at 10pm, approximately 13mins after placing the order. At the drive through we were told that they were still waiting on a few items but would bring it out and asked that we park in the parking lot. After waiting 25mins we called the store and asked about the mobile order. The guy who answered was very short and said they were still waiting on a few items and would have it out and hung up. After another 10mins or so they brought out the order. I wasn’t going to leave a review and I typically don’t, however, my wrap was completely smashed as well as a sandwich.
