The food was pretty good when I went but the fries were clearly not cooked to their best and they were cold. I asked the person that was in the drive thru if they were made fresh and she said yes. I don’t understand how hard it is to put the fries in the fryer. Aswell as when they opened the window all the girl said was, here and told me that there ere busy so I went inside and there was quite literally no one there. I’m so fumbled and the amount of disrespect I had to go through was completely diabolical never going here again

I personally don’t know where to start. The order in which I was picking up had 5 items, Three of which were drinks we waited for 25 minutes and the food came great! no drinks, so we waited another 25 minutes and nothing, went up to the counter to talk to someone and was ignored for 5 minutes before we had to just leave. Terrible service, especially when the drive through operator just stands around the whole time 6/26/25 around 5 pm. Wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna wait for you first child to be born.

Well we stopped with 8 people and about 100 bucks worth of food online ordered. The store was clean. Restrooms were nice and clean. The order was 100% correct and delicious. Love this place.

Constant issues with my orders. Customer service is 50/50. Seems like their manager doesn't order supplies when they're supposed to as they're always running low on things. The food is what you expect. Really think once they get better management this could be a good place to eat again.

Was not very impressed with the employee at counter with customer service, they were way too slow of service with the inside customers. They were turning customers away telling them fifteen to twenty minutes to place a order. Maybe they're In need of new employees that are more customers seriously service. The food was not good the onion rings were all stuck together and the French fries were gritty with black spots

There's an obvious difference in fast food restaurants in this small town, and those in bigger cities, and it's not for the better. The staff aren't impolite, but they don't seem to give af. Don't use the drive-through if you are in a hurry, even if there's no other cars in front of you. They'll leave you waiting at the intercom for 5 minutes before greeting you sometimes. But the food is generally fresher than the other fast food restaurants here, so there's that. If you want a truly crappy experience, try going to Wendy's or burger king in this town.
