Went into the drive-thru this evening, and I ordered a number 27 which is a breakfast platter with bacon and also a brownie. There was approximately a half a cup of grease dumped all over in the bottom of the bag and inside my brownie that ruined it and also grease that leaked onto my pants and my jacket as well as my seat of my brand new car that is a 2024 Toyota RAV4 not only will I never be back again but I’m considering providing the manager with a bill For the upholstery cleaning to get the half a cup of grease out. You know honestly there are mistakes that are made and then there’s what seems to be intentional food tampering.I think your employees are walking a really thin line. I think I will contact an attorney actually.

No, they deserve the 5 star Google review because they are professional, quick to ask about sides, never forget napkins, and out of the 10 last visits their system worked without issue, and the order was accurate.

Got my order wrong even after confirming what it was. Got all the way home to half an order of large fries and jalapeño poppers Instead of my chicken nuggets. A number 15 is chicken nuggets and not poppers. Definitely won’t be coming back any time soon. Staff working also didn’t want to be there as they didn’t care when I asked for sauce and didn’t receive it. Do better.
