Not the modern or new store your used to but the place is really clean for a KFC and the teenagers at the counter seem happy and well trained for what is essentially...... A fast food place.

ordered 2 piece meals. got them home AND biscuits were raw. chicken was mediocre. to let raw food leave the store is either 1) poor training or 2) staff just doesn't give a crap. I will NEVER EVER waste my money at this store. they should be ashamed of themselves. We are suppose to shop local. have fun with that.

very disappointing. been a customer for many years but over the last year, the quality has gone downhill dramatically. the last 4 times we were there, only 1 bucket meal was worth the trip. the chicken was very greasy and tasted bad. the biscuits were partially dried out. the mashed potatoes were not their usual texture. even their coleslaw was very soupy. the manager made an effort to take care of it but she can't be there all the time and have rely on what is left. too bad they can't get more consistent help that know what they are doing instead of taking smoke breaks outside when they should be tending more to business.

Usually rather slow for walk-in service. Doordash pick up takes forever. Food is usually good though

The chicken pot pies are back! There is not but a little sliver of chicken, not even a bite, and a few carrots. They are awful. Dump them. Thanks

I went in for some grub around 5 today and waited for somebody to come take my order for ~5 minutes. Politely said hello loud in case they were in the back prepping food or something. Nobody in the store. I decided to leave and go some place else. Turns out the two workers were outside taking a smoke break.

They made a mistake on my order I called them got disconnected the phone was busy the rest of the night never got through when in the next day to talk to the lady and she was rude disrespectful and wouldn't even let me finish telling her the problem I had
