Los Chilaquiles is one of the BEST Mexican restaurants in Pendleton & I'm SO GLAD they came to town!!! They're so nice, friendly, welcoming, and amazing people working there!! They go above and beyond 'table service'! Their food is great as well! I ordered the Mexican enchilada w/shredded beef (YUM), the drinks were tasty as well! Everything about being there surpassed my expectations & I now have a new favorite place to go to for my birthday's. I'll also be going to this establishment from here on out as well whenever I want Mexican food!! 100,000% If you haven't tried them, I suggest you get there, fast!

Customers want to see a menu when they visit this display and before they come to dine. Chilaquiles doesnt care in the least what the people want and holds no interest or any priority in providing a full menu for the people so goodbye to this non interested place.

Nice restaurant with fast, friendly service. Food was good, but I have had better.

The service was poor, server seemed like he didn’t want to be there. And the food was equal to Taco Bell.

Really good Mexican food, I like to also recommend this place. It's newer but they have pretty good food I was impressed and it wasn't too expensive. I got they carnival place and whoa I got so full! And it was delicious! Thanks guys! I like going there!

This place is so good! I love when we go there and the previous owners are working. They have great food!

The beans were bland, I ordered some sopes and they had more beans than meat, they put beans on the bottom of the sope and the plate and I made a lot of noise because of that... my daughter ordered carne asada and my son and the meat was tasteless, bland, to be honest. I will not return to this place again. It's more American food than Mexican. I'm ashamed to think that this is Mexican food because there's nothing Mexican about the place... well, the music they play.

Wow! Best Mexican food I've ever had. Seriously. The plate portions were HUGE and the price is absolutely reasonable. I wish we lived closer!

I got combination spinach and mushroom enchiladas, my husband chose chile rellenos. Both with rice and beans. Wonderful. We were delighted, and happy with the meal and out attentive waitress. We are glad we came in.

Nice staff & Great food! I miss el choritos but I’m so glad a good restaurant like Los Chilaquiles took over the spot.

We stopped in here for dinner on a Friday evening. Typical Mexican restaurant decor.

I ordered the Charrito Burrito, with shredded beef, which was good and came with a dollop of guac and sour cream in top.

My wife ordered the Shrimp and Spinach Burrito, which, when cut open, had a lot of water/liquid inside that then spilled out and turned the rice and beans into a slurry. The burrito smelled and tasted fishy. The shrimp was the tiny kind that often comes in a can. I think that either they didn't strain the shrimp before putting it in the burrito, or, they used frozen spinach and didn't stain it sufficiently before putting it in the burrito. Whatever the case, it wasn't very good.

Service was just ok. We both ordered sodas, and I had finished mine about half way through my meal. The waitress never offered to refill my soda until about 5 minutes before we left.

Probably won't be returning.
