I usually don't order from McDonald's. I ordered at drive through. Couldn't verify my order. When I went to pay no one there. I went to next window. They snatched he'd my card rudely. Then It wasn't even my order. I didn't notice until I got home 15 miles away. I won't go back.

Should probably replace the girl at the front counter with dark hair and braces, not very helpful, very serious, and very unwelcoming. Overall not very friendly. Had a punch freeze that was half full. When asked to fill or replaced if at all possible she gave attitude about it. Things could of gone better or said differently but I think drive thru will always be my go to from now on.

I suggest people don't stop at this McDonald's damn food not consistent and burnt up the sausage patties look like rocks burnt and the biscuits are hard as a rock you asked for steak and egg cheese biscuit all you get is a burnt it piece of steak no cheese no onions I want to get ready to zero but it don't have it they don't give no straws no napkins and matter of fact I need to find a new cook this place sucks

The kiosks de-personalize the experience. The only person we saw brought our food out. Kitchen was hidden and food tasted microwaved.

Katelyn was extremely rude when I went in kept stating they were short staffed and it was an inconvenience that I was even there trying to get my money back for an order they didn’t even make after 20 mins. When I received a called from Monique Kramer explain what had happen which I hadn’t got my money back. 2 hours later called to leave me a very rude vm calling me a liar. I’m not saying every customer is right but don’t call customers calling them names, with an attitude. Next time call ask question or just ask them to return your call. I don’t recommend anyone going to this location worse service ever and experience!

It's not what McDonald's use to be. You might as well not have any employees at the location. You should use all robot's. You can't really even see the workers. You might as well make it a box. No access to the lobby.

Food was great. Service was also pretty good. Only difficulty was the seating. My daughter found a table that seemed really short or, as she put it, her size. Great for her, not so much for me. I guess this makes up for not having a Play Place.
