Katelyn was extremely rude when I went in kept stating they were short staffed and it was an inconvenience that I was even there trying to get my money back for an order they didn’t even make after 20 mins. When I received a called from Monique Kramer explain what had happen which I hadn’t got my money back. 2 hours later called to leave me a very rude vm calling me a liar. I’m not saying every customer is right but don’t call customers calling them names, with an attitude. Next time call ask question or just ask them to return your call. I don’t recommend anyone going to this location worse service ever and experience!

It's not what McDonald's use to be. You might as well not have any employees at the location. You should use all robot's. You can't really even see the workers. You might as well make it a box. No access to the lobby.

People were in the area of robots.

Food was great. Service was also pretty good. Only difficulty was the seating. My daughter found a table that seemed really short or, as she put it, her size. Great for her, not so much for me. I guess this makes up for not having a Play Place.

I don't like the way the design of the floor plan looks. It looks like a cafeteria at an elementary school. Bright and brown. Food is the same.

Food is on point for a McDonald's. However, since the remodel, this place sucks hard. There's rarely anyone in the front anymore and it takes minutes to even talk to someone. Everything is hidden in the employee area too. Straws, spoons, napkins.

I just watched a woman wait three minutes for a spoon. It's ridiculous.

Can not order from the counter. At all. Have to go through confusing menus on screen. Takes 20 times longer than just looking at good old menu on the wall and telling cashier your order. Will never come here again

Terrible experience on 01-06-25, Got a nugget combo and Mccrispy strips too go. Got 10 minutes down the highway to find out the nuggets were undercooked and the Mccrispy strips were tough and rubbery.

it took 20 minutes to pour two cokes. That’s 10 minutes per coke. Then, a lady took them outside and walked around in the parking lot for several minutes with them before coming back and leaving them on the pick up shelf. they were unlabeled. I had to ask if they were mine. Also, the cokes tasted kind of funny.
