I decided to try this place today and it fell way below my expectations and all the hype that's been generated around it. I ordered three items the orange chicken combo ,chicken skewers cucumber salad chicken skewers were overcooked they were rubbery the orange chicken was okay and the cucumber salad lacked vignette taste overall the food was Bland my experience here was overall disappointing. I'm not certain that it generated a returning customer

The vegan pho was delicious. They didn’t ask about spice level, but once I added some of the hot sauce they have on the table, it was great. My husband had red curry with tofu - it was OK, but not as good as the pho.
The menu marks the pho as vegan/GF and marks some other items as GF. Many of their entrees have a choice of veggie or tofu, so lots of selection.
