Usually enjoy the food but tonight I was served basically just a bowl of plain broth, two pieces of meat, and I'm not kidding two bites of noodles in the Pho.
Then waited 15 mins for the fried pot stickers to come out and they we're greasy from not hot enough oil and cold in the center.
My daughter ordered the fried tofu and it was horrendous. Like dried... dogfood with a bitter taste. Not trying to be dramatic but I'm not even kidding.
The worst part is dropping $50+ for dinner and having to go home and figure out what's for dinner because again there was no noodles in my bowl.

We have been here before and loved the experience. Was in town and had to stop again. We started with the Fried Tofu w/ Peanut Sauce as an appetizer. Be advised the peanut sauce is NOT VEGAN so ask for sweet chili sauce as a substitute. We enjoyed the Vegan Pho, Teriyaki Tofu w Rice & Salad Rolls w/ added avocado and tofu (get sweet chili sauce). Overall, very enjoyable. We asked about the yellow and red curries but they do add fish sauce to the curry so that is not suitable for vegans. They are happy to check on everything for you but make sure of everything before you order. Updated from previous review on 2025-11-08

Pho was unflavor and shaking beef was not right. Shaking beef suppose to be cube up beef.

I ordered the $25 Pho and was disappointed not by the Oxtail as it’s good but by the small portions. For $25, you should get a lot more Oxtail as this is the most expensive pho I’ve ever had.
Teenage waitress didn’t know the menu when I asked if they had cold noodles. Later I saw they did have it (noodle salad).
Also due to the small portion of the pho, I wanted to order an appetizer but the teenage worker never checked up on us except to give us the bill. I guess this is what you get for minimum wage workers.😂
The ambiance is cute with pictures of the owner’s family.

Walking around Pendleton, my wife and I saw Moe Pho and it sounded like a good alternative to other options in town. We both had Pho with a chicken skewer appetizer and we thought it was great - very flavorful and satisfying.
Delicious plant-based options!
