Best place to eat in Pendleton!!! Sometimes when they’re super busy and they are understaffed, it takes a little longer. Folks were getting rude with staff about the wait last time I was in, but they were literally doing the best they could and it’s always worth the wait.
Hint to rude people: if the parking lot is packed full of cars, maybe don’t expect your food in 15 minutes.

Food was good, the hibachi fried rice was less flavorful then most I've had.

First time here, I opted for the chicken teriyaki with fried rice. Miso soup and salad tasted fine, just like any other sushi and hibachi restaurant. Fried rice tasted okay, felt like something I could buy at Walmart from the frozen aisle though. The chicken also looked and tasted like it was boiled, placed on a hot skillet and then drowned in teriyaki sauce that was heavily influenced by soy sauce. It was pretty disappointing.

Hands down some of the best service in town. Always treat us like family are super friendly. Have never had a bad experience in years of going here. It’s baffling to find such a good sushi spot this far into Oregon. If I’m going to go out and spend money momijiis is always guaranteed to be proper. Stephen is the man 👊🏽

The restaurant needs an outdoor and indoor renovation. It's sort of run down on the outside and one wall of nice wallpaper is not properly flat on the wall. This is unfortunate because it could be a negative image for would- be diners.
The food was quite tasty though the service was very slow. It could be that they were short- staffed at the time of my visit.
I hope the owners address these issues.

the place looks run down, and the sashami tasted a bit fishy.

An excellent sushi restaurant in a convenient location! Finding myself hungry, while visiting Pendleton for the day, I randomly decided to try the local sushi place.
Getting to the restaurant was easy, as it's located wow conveniently, and there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and a table was really available. The employee that greeted me was professional and courteous throughout the entire experience.
I ordered a spicy tuna roll and didn't have to wait long at all, as the food preparers (cooks? chefs?) happily prepared all kinds of food. The roll was quite good and reasonably priced.
Overall, everything took less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended, don't miss out on this!
Amazing sushi and great service!!!

An absolutely delightful surprise in my hometown of Pendleton - incredible sushi and service
I'm not a sushi fan but it was pretty decent and huge menu for everyone to choose from. Pricing was great too!
Would definitely go back. Dinosaurian egg was lacking something. The steak in cowboy roll was overdone and little chewy. The poke bowl amazing. The sushi sandwich was surprisingly amazing. One issue I had was choices. They have a lot of rolls on the menu but over half are shrimp tempura with different things. A salmon lovers roll should not be mostly shrimp tempura. But what we had tasted good so I'll go back but with they had better option of rolls
They're just yummy awesome! 5🌟 😘👌🏾
Almost certain this is the best place to eat in Pendleton. Delicious.
