Every. Single. Time. I say no jalapeño on my torta and I get jalapeño on it. 7th time this happened today. I’m not mad but I seriously can’t do spicy food. I’ve let it fly every time but I’m honestly about to stop going simply because they don’t listen. The lady that took my order today literally said “ok so everything except jalapeño right?” And still packed with them.

All of the food was delicious (chicken tacos, steak tacos, steak quesadilla, rice and beans)! The quesadilla was large enough to split amongst many kids. They enjoyed watching the train go by. The employees were friendly and helpful and the service was quick. Loads of parking at lunchtime and close enough to the freeway to make it a great stop during our road trip.

Perfectly hit the spot! Quick, friendly service and the (3) taco plate was just the right amount for the price. Outside seating next to the train tracks. Got to enjoy the rumble of the train as I enjoyed my mean. Great spot to grab a quick lunch!
Parking: Shared parking lot with Hines Meat Co. No issues finding a spot during the lunch hour while I was there
The asada burrito is awesome. Easy to order ahead and worth a quick stop in Pendleton.

So good! We ordered tacos (carnitas, barria, pescado, al pastor, chorizo) and a quesadilla (for the kids). Everything was delicious. They even have a self serve salsa bar!

Nice little taco truck, clean area. Tacos were good, the adobada was probably my favorite. (I tried asada, al pastor, carnitas, chorizo, and adobada). The salsas were good as well. Will definitely stop by next time we're passing through.

2300 miles into a road trip we decided to take a taco stop at Panchitos. Best detour decision ever. Tacos were flavorful and delicious. Salsa was on point. Our biggest disappointment was having to wait another 4 minutes when we re-ordered an additional eight tacos. 10 out of 10…would stop here again.
