I ordered three pizzas and when I got there there was only two. The employee who answered the phone when I placed the order wasn’t really paying attention to my order so I was not surprised that it wasn’t correct. Ordered the missed pizza and they made it for me quickly and literally threw the pizza on the counter at me. So customer service was not good. Glad I didn’t tip!

I had a bad experience a couple months ago ordering in the store so this time I thought I would order online 3 hours ahead of the time I needed to get the pizza. I placed the order at 3 to be picked up by 5 even though I wouldn’t be there until 6. I got there at 6 and they hadn’t even started it. I waited 15 minutes for two pizzas that were ordered 3 hours ahead.

This is the second time in a month that I've placed an on-line order for pick-up 3.5 hours after placing the order and when I get there they haven't even started the order. I understand that getting people to work is harder and harder, but lately the time management has been awful.
