I had a bad experience a couple months ago ordering in the store so this time I thought I would order online 3 hours ahead of the time I needed to get the pizza. I placed the order at 3 to be picked up by 5 even though I wouldn’t be there until 6. I got there at 6 and they hadn’t even started it. I waited 15 minutes for two pizzas that were ordered 3 hours ahead.

This is the second time in a month that I've placed an on-line order for pick-up 3.5 hours after placing the order and when I get there they haven't even started the order. I understand that getting people to work is harder and harder, but lately the time management has been awful.

It may be a good idea if staff would read the ticket when they're making the pizza! The guy who took my order did perfect. But the employees making the pizza are really discouraging. This is not the first time it's happened. I usually won't complain but it can't be so hard to read the order.

This place is so dirty, employees standing around talking when clearly they are busy, took forever for me to get my order. This place has gone downhill.

I'm a sucker for a classic pepperoni pizza from Papa's. However, this particular chain seems to have a high turn over rate and the inexperience shows sometimes.

I ordered 9 lrg pizzas online spending almost $80. Drove 20 minutes from my house to pick them up they weren’t done yet, I paid and waited. They were wrapping them up and I asked them not to include all the papers I have to throw away more garbage that way. She counted them twice and only counted 8. She went down the line asking if I had more and she told me that I had them all. So i figured she had just miss counted. Well I get home and start cooking them, come to find out I only received 8 pizzas missing the sausage pizza. So I call and asked to please hold. When she answered and I told her what had happened she said “ya you walked off and left one.” As to where my response is “No, I didn’t just walk off and leave anything, you told me they were all there.” She says “Yeah sorry you can come back in and grab it.” I tell her “That’s 20 minutes away.” As to where she responds “yeah sorry.” Seriously if you can’t do the job or at least have better customer service skills than trying to blame the customer then maybe you need to find a job that doesn’t deal with customers.

I order extra cheese and other stuff, and every time, the pizza looks like it's not any bigger. I went to the papa Murphys in pendleton and ordered the same pizza, and it was huge. A noticeable difference. Every time I asked them if they actually added extra stuff and they'll just look at the receipt and say yes. There have been many times they didn't take off a topping when I ordered the pizza minus that topping. I love Papa Murphys but this one just seems like they are lazy or trying to not give you extra topping when you pay for them

I want to start off my saying I usually LOVE Papa Murphys. My family has given them our business many times. However, lately the time management has gone down hill. The last few times I've ordered, I've had to wait so long after the time I was given for pick up. Today for example, I placed an order online at 5:30 for a 6:15 pm pick up. I got there at 6:30 to pick it up knowing it likely wouldn't be ready right on time. When I got there, they hadn't even started it. I did not leave with my pizza until 6:55 pm. Over 40 minutes late. As much as I love the pizza, it makes me not want to order again. Other customers in the store were upset for the same issues.
