This is the second time in a month that I've placed an on-line order for pick-up 3.5 hours after placing the order and when I get there they haven't even started the order. I understand that getting people to work is harder and harder, but lately the time management has been awful.
It may be a good idea if staff would read the ticket when they're making the pizza! The guy who took my order did perfect. But the employees making the pizza are really discouraging. This is not the first time it's happened. I usually won't complain but it can't be so hard to read the order.
I order extra cheese and other stuff, and every time, the pizza looks like it's not any bigger. I went to the papa Murphys in pendleton and ordered the same pizza, and it was huge. A noticeable difference. Every time I asked them if they actually added extra stuff and they'll just look at the receipt and say yes. There have been many times they didn't take off a topping when I ordered the pizza minus that topping. I love Papa Murphys but this one just seems like...
