Honestly one of the best steaks I've ever had. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Everything down to the bread and butter they bring to the table was meticulous! The apple dessert with French Press coffee topped off one of the best meals out for me in 2025. Will definitely be back again, worth the trip down just for the food!

This is a legit steakhouse! Many of the steakhouses in casinos are just plain not good- Plateau is definitely good and definitely worth visiting! The steak is fantastic quality and the chef does a great job preparing it just right. Service has always been wonderful, and the view from the dining area is hard to beat! I would highly recommend!

The Staff and Crew here at Wildhorse are very accommodating. We Love staying here and are Excited to Learn of the New 2nd Tower Hotel going up! Will be Amazing! But my only Complaint is the Drop off In front of Hotel isn't covered from Weather. It's rough to unload your bags when it's raining or snowing!
