Not sure why bad reviews but we enjoyed our coffee, it was hot and fresh unlike what others have said. We ordered a large black coffee and a Carmel macchiato. Both good. We waited in line for maybe five minutes but who doesn't wait in line at a coffee shop. We would stop back.

Out of town people need to know that this is possibly the weakest cup of coffee on the planet, so keep driving. My wife and I were driving through town and stopped in. I got a vanilla latte and she got a 12oz granita. The latte was basically like a glass of milk with a couple of eyedroppers of coffee flavor in it. I had my son try it, who's 16, he said, I don't taste any coffee at all. Exactly! I said. That's the problem! Two stars for the smiley service....(although she forgot the whipped cream on my latte and I had to remind her to add it)

The only time I get sorbenots is when I am working in Oregon and you can never go wrong with this franchise love all the choices and employees actually listen and make it exactly how you want it or if first time they help with suggestions very friendly..my go to is the snickerdoodle so freaking good.

I can’t believe the cold brew change I’ve been going there every morning Sunday-Wednesday for almost 4 years to get a cold brew than all of a sudden the drink I get to help me make it through my 12 hr shifts has been changed I wanna know why and I really hope they change it back it’s awful now and the potency is no where near the same
