Not sure why bad reviews but we enjoyed our coffee, it was hot and fresh unlike what others have said. We ordered a large black coffee and a Carmel macchiato. Both good. We waited in line for maybe five minutes but who doesn't wait in line at a coffee shop. We would stop back.

The only time I get sorbenots is when I am working in Oregon and you can never go wrong with this franchise love all the choices and employees actually listen and make it exactly how you want it or if first time they help with suggestions very friendly..my go to is the snickerdoodle so freaking good.

My son likes this coffee. He even saves the cups I think. They must have a value. He ain't stupid as much as everyone else. I hope it is a family run business as I love any business that goes against the megacorp stockholders...
