I have never seen people watch orders sit for 5+ minutes because it's someone else's job to hand it over. I watched people get their orders while to go orders just sat. I feel bad for the delivery drivers as they are left the longest. If you order for delivery, keep in mind they hold your orders long after they are finished.

LOVE Starbucks… but knocking off a star because they don’t offer pup cups in their app. My puppy shouldn’t be punished because I use the app.

My latte was half foam, it tasted OK but too much foam. The coffee cake was dry. Not up to normal Starbuck standards. Staff was friendly.

After a long stretch on the freeway I was anxious to get here. My “extra hot” coffee barely seemed like a normal hot coffee. I cut my elbow on something sharp on the metal TP holder in the bathroom. Even though the girl at the counter saw me holding a paper towel over the blood, she didn’t even bother to ask about it. Thankfully we pack a fully stocked first aid box while traveling.

This is my local Starbucks spot & like most I've visited in surrounding areas, it's pretty small in regards of the lounging part of it.
Suuuuuuper slow service inside. I waited like 25 minutes for my latte and had no one in front of me. I think their priority is drive thru. Avoid going inside to order
