The woman helping us at the drive thru was very friendly, she made our experience very positive, wish I would’ve caught her name. Also they offered us an extra drink as part of a training they were doing, what a great marketing idea. Good drinks too!
Friendly wait-staff, but if you want your coffee in a reasonable amount of time, I highly advise you use the drive thru. I was the only in-store customer and watched them fill a long succession of drive thru orders while my order sat there. 20 minutes later, I got my coffee.
went through the drive through and was throughly impressed with beca’s customer service! they were so friendly and engaging that it made my family’s day. awesome service and drinks, will definitely come again!
