They only allow “in store pick-up” when you order on the app. If I’m ordering from the app, a lot of times it’s because I’m in sweats and don’t want to go inside.

We reached at 8:15 & the guy at the counter was extremely rude & racist..did not even look us in the eye & kept slamming the counter..we felt scared & disrespected & had to leave without getting any food.

Wow! I ordered a sandwich for lunch today. Something on it wasn't right... did not taste good, concerned it might have been bad. I ate 3 bites and stopped. Took it to the counter, let the lady know something wasn't good (not sure what it was), asked a new sandwich (something different). She said no, she tasted the chicken, everything was fine, no need to make something new. I asked for my money back. No, nothing wrong. WHAT?!?
I won't ever waste my money in that place again.
Nasty taste in my mouth. No lunch. Out $15.

So the old lady working wouldn't honor my coupon because I got avocado on it so I paid FULL PRICE $15 FOR A 6INCH. AND TOOK IT TO MY HUSBAND AT WORK AND THEY FORGOT THE DAMN AVOCADO!!! RIPPED ME OFF COMPLETELY!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch. They put peppercorn ranch on it and said that subway no longer uses regular ranch, which is a lie. They didn't put the right chicken on the sandwich and the bread loafs are tiny. Also the sandwich maker acted like the amount of olives I wanted was directly tied to the amount of olives I wanted. Not sure who's running that place but my bet is they are on breach of contract by Subway.

Slower than molasses in January, terrible sandwich with hardly any filling, and 6" meal was expensive. Save your money and time and visit somewhere else.

The manager got an employee in trouble for not washing the dishes the RIGHT way. She then proceeded to show the employee how she (the manager) wanted them washed which was dip them in soap water, rinse and or dip them in the sanitizer water, then set to dry. So the food is put on unclean dishes and has been for however long Tammy the manager has been there.

Only putting a one star to even put my input. Normally I walk away and never post a comment when it’s not a good one, however the way I was treated was very disrespectful. I worked a long day as did my husband and we were only getting simple foot longs at that. It was 8:39 and yes it was for five but never have we ever had it take more than 15 mins to get us all a sandwich made. Telling me that if he didn’t get them all done by 9 that he wasn’t finishing them.. and that we were rude for even asking him to try that. I’m sure there could have been other ways to go about this… I myself work in the retail industry and have had people come in just seconds before closing. I’m just appalled.

It would be 0 stars if there was that option. I waited 22 minutes for the server to make (and ring up the two sandwiches) for the only customer in front of me. Then he said that he can’t make the steak and egg sandwich that I came in there for. I left without ordering anything. It’s always like this in there; it seems.
