So first if you look at almost all my reviews they are positive but wow. Cam through three days before Christmas and Subway is alway a go to solid choice for us. This one however was a different story, both lettuce bins were brown and everything else looked a little past due and if a 20yr Army vet says its questionable there is an issue., The employee seemed annoyed to be there much less making our sandwiches and was the least friendly person we ran into on the drive 20+ hours each way.. Honestly if my wife hadn't already ordered for the kids I would have left.

Very kind atmosphere, nice employees. The only problem I had with my service was that none of the wrapping paper that were wrapped around the sandwhiches were held in place by a sticker like normal so one of the sandwhiches fell out.

Service was horrible, took them 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches, they started working on other orders before finishing ours. Store was a mess and had a large sticky stain. Employees clearly did not want to work there whatsoever

Missing veggies, skimped on the veggies Walmart subway is lacking and has nothing on the Southgate Subway.
Food was good and the staff was awesome. These hard working team members will do their best to accommodate the guests needs. We are not perfect, but we strive to do our best every day.
Vegetarian options: we have veggie patties and salads and the veggie delight sandwich, plus a variety of sauces for vegetarians.

Amazing Subway! A young kid named Paxton was cleaning the lobby and it was super well done and tidy. He dropped what he was doing to help us and he made us the best sandwiches we've ever had. Super fresh, well made, and looked like the pictures from the menu. 10/10 Subway experience!
Parking: Confusing parking lot but hey, its free.

Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap parking spot is not even accessible. As you can see 2 other parking spots are blocking the handicap parking spot. I talked with the manager Thomas about it and they are aware of the issue but I guess the owner is dragging their feet to correct the issue. He did tell me he just put a work order in to stripe out one of the spots. I hope that gets fixed soon because I had no parking spot I could use. I had to take two spots on the far side of the parking lot. I won't be visiting again anytime soon.
