As others have mentioned, the manager was storming around. They came in as I was going it. I stepped to the right and held the door, they also veered to might right and hit me with their bag, not even an excuse me. The air temp was below 60. The manager was rude to the desk person than asked about it. They were sold out of multiple items. The men’s bathroom was disgusting. Stains and mold everywhere… fairly complete management failure

My wife bough 2 chalupas 2 hard tacos and mexican pizza all the food had no meat chalupas were hard as a rock i called the manager she was rude condasending and pretty much calling me a liar i had to hang up because she was not helpful at all

They should be removed from Door dash. 45 minutes waiting on customer order and caused customer to cancel order and put that on the driver instead of the incompetent grown adults working (if you call it that) remember your driver cannot control the lazy, uncaring workers. Stop blaming the door dash drivers ...

Re-edit back to disliking Taco bell, double-decker was limited time and is gone again. BOOOO!!
Edit: they're back, yay! Very disappointed with all other orders being prioritized before doordash, however. Employee cars shouldnt be parked in front of door

I was driving a large Penski rental box truck with a trailer, which doesn't fit into the drive thru. Their parking lot was under construction, but the drive thru was opened
So, naturally, we'd seen the were open and figured we'd eat inside. After being on the road for 9 hours, we were pretty hungry. Walked up and the lobby door was locked. I waved a guy down, and he walked out to tell us the lobby was closed. I explained that we were in a box truck and how long we were on the road for and he let us in. Extremely grateful for that and the great burritos. Tacobell always hits just right for a late night run.

Wouldn't take my order inside, even though the kiosk didn't have a button I needed. Made my order wrong. Didn't give me a receipt, and only refunded part of my order.

High School drop outs who can't even make an order right! Food upside down in bag, not wrapped correctly spilt all over! Never eat in Pendelton! Never had a good experience!

Very disappointed in this Taco Bell location. We were forced to order via a screen and have now watched at least 6 cars go through the drive thru. They forgot our drink as well as the bathroom was filthy. We were the only people in the dining room. No one greeted us and no one explained that we could only order via a screen. I understand that the cost of paying employees a decent wage is going up but this also creates problems. If I didn’t have to give them one star I wouldn’t have.

The Pendleton taco bell is actually disgusting. Terrible service, doesn’t care about customers, terrible customer care, dirty interior, Do Not Recommend! Also very slow!

Dine in and mobile order are unacceptably slow and poor in customer service.
A 30 min wait, loss of our order, and unapologetic staff is unacceptable. I would be more lenient if it had only happened once.
If you come here, do drive through only.
