I sat in the drive through for approximately 1 hour. I was 4 cars back upon my arrival. I saw employees outside vaping while the line remained stagnant. Would highly recommend any other fast food place in Pendleton, over the incompetence and poorly ran establishment they call Taco Bell.

i ordered with the app and specifically requested no sour cream and no tomatoes on my chalupa. i open it and there’s sour cream spread throughout it, like they put it on then realized but didn’t bother to clean it up or make me what i ordered, and completely disregarded the lettuce even though i never requested it off.

I don’t normally visit Taco Bell and tonight I was reminded of why. The guy working the window was incompetent or stoned because though I asked for a napkins and salsa, he attempted to hand me a bag that had neither. When I asked what kind of Salsa they had, he asked if I wanted “breakfast salsa.” I was confused by this because I seem like most places they would have at least mild, medium and hot. When I inquired further, he told me that they had “breakfast salsa, red salsa, and green salsa.” I asked for one breakfast salsa, and one red salsa. I was surprised when I arrived at my hotel to find that I had received 7 packets of breakfast salsa. I was even more surprised to discover that the Red salsa did not appear to be premade, and it looked and smelled like enchilada sauce. Given that Taco Bell is a huge franchise, I assume that all of their salsa should come premade in plastic packets. I googled and discovered that Taco Bell is supposed to have at least five different salsa is available, all of which are premade and packaged in plastic. I’m not sure what happened at this location. Did they run out of salsa and have someone run to the storebto pick up salsa, and they accidentally picked up enchilada sauce instead? Or did they pinch hit and just start scooping enchilada sauce into their own plastic contsinets thinking the customers wouldn’t be able to discern the difference? I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but expect a little better service than this, and certainly a higher quality control re: the food. I don’t know who owns this location, but they need to spend more time training their employees. I’m giving this location a generous two stars because my crunch wrap was edible, even though I didn’t have any decent salsa to accompany it.

The WORST taco bell I have been to. Inside was in shambles and dirty.... Service was not super, but the food ..omg it was terrible. I ordered a steak chalupa add pico....it cost me 80 cents to add pico....I got tomatos and onions....but the chalupa shell was refrigerator cold along with almost zero steak.....the LAST time I waste my time and money at Taco Bell. 8 bucks for one of the worst chalupas I have ever had!

The place was extremely dirty and the prices high. Took a long time to get the food. The staff was nice and it made that part of the visit pleasant. May have been the area where prices are just high but would not recommend at anytime. My standards for Taco Bell are very low and this exceeded them in the wrong direction in terms of cleanliness.

Ordered the cheesy chalupa steak tacos? Anyways it was hot, fresh, and good. Justin a new crew member put extra sauce and this is second visit for a coworker he served last time and the team currently has been best in my opinion in a LONG time.

Seen a picture online that there was a knob from one of the drawers in someone's taco. Don't have the picture but ask Anyone around there and they'll vehemently deny it because they're embarrassed. I'ma guess that's night shift for you.

I stop here often when I am in pendleton. My kids love taco bell. I enjoy the menu and appreciate the ability to make substitutions or modifications to the items I'm ordering. The staff have always been polite.

They were out of Baja blast They got all three of my wife's tacos wrong Nacho fries were soggy and stale They didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for. The bathroom smells like someone smoked a cigarette inside of it
