The food was wonderful. The fries were fresh, and the spicy chicken sandwich was on point ! Everyone was super friendly, and I really enjoyed my meal.
I must say this was the best experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. Thank you. We will be stopping in again the next time we are in Pendleton.

The Wendy's in kennewick near Outback needs to learn from these guys what good food and service is.The food was cold, and the service was subpar. I would not go there again.

Go elsewhere. You'll regret eating here. Not only was the service extremely slow (waited almost 30 minutes for a single burger, fries, and 10 piece nugget), but they were out of spicy nuggets. Then when I got home, I took a bite of my burger and it was RAW. Not just a little pink, but fully raw in the middle. There was also no lettuce on the burger, no idea why. Extremely disappointed I spent a single dollar here.

This used to be a great Wendy's. Freshly cooked everything, fast service, etc.

Today I went with my wife, got 2 spicy chicken meals, no tomato extra lettuce. We got that, but instead of the large piece of lettuce that provides a nice crunch when eating and can withstand the heat of the chicken without wilting, we got shredded lettuce.

This seems small and insignificant but it makes a HUGE difference in taste and feel. Instead of a quality chicken sandwich we got wilted lettuce, no crunch when biting, and no lettuce flavor. We did however taste that nasty plastic bag and whatever gas they use to preserve the shredded lettuce (you know what I mean, most salad kits have that off putting flavor.)

So, I paid for extra lettuce (only 20 cents) and got shredded garbage instead. The chicken sandwich has never had shredded lettuce in the past, and the picture still shows a proper piece on it not the shredded trash. So they changed the recipe and didn't post it properly. Worse yet, the chicken was far thinner than normal, although maybe it is bc the lettuce originally provided a thicker bite so it just feels thinner as a result of having no real piece on it.

Overall the fries and drinks were as expected, but we didn't go for those. We went for the spicy chicken sandwiches, and got a knock off version of their own burger.

Very disappointed, and admittedly a bit surprised at how much difference using shredded lettuce makes. I hope that this was a supply chain issue and not a permanent chenge....

I've never left a drive thru more often than the Pendleton Wendy's. Service is horrendous! IF you're able to get someone to acknowledge your presence and take your order, I'd suggest stopping at McDonald's or a nearby gas station for a snack while you wait... before and after placing your order. Keep it in mind if you've got an hour or so to waste waiting, goto the Pendleton Wendy's, otherwise pass on by. Thank goodness the drive thru doesn't block you in. I've honestly left 20-30 times over the last few years. I think after today, I'm done. No more Wendy's unless they figure out how to staff and operate the place.

We will never go to this Wendy’s again. My husband’s meal was tasteless and my chicken ranch wrap had no ranch on it and was awful. And they had no chili at noon!!!
Then the bathroom
I am in a walker. The bathroom was so small I could hardly get it in. Then the “handicap” stall was a joke. I could not get my walker in the stall and close the door
no way was I going to the bathroom with the stall door open. We left and went to
McDonald’s.

Our family ate here while traveling home from vacation. We ordered on the mobile app so we could be out of the car, dine in, and quickly get back on the road. When we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order. We were informed that they were out of the baked potatoes that we had ordered. They did substitute something in place of what we had ordered, but we were still disappointed, they did not have the delicious baked potatoes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, they seemed to be short handed and overwhelmed.

We wanted to try the new frosty options. We tried three different options and they were all good in their own way. It was a little confusing when we ordered because we were not sure what options were available, like chocolate or vanilla. I did not try the pop tarts version, it just doesn't have much appeal, for me. But the chocolate brownie batter and vanilla with strawberry was great.

We had a pretty big order. Most of it was fine. They didn't have chili and didn't offer any alternative or refund.
