They forgot my burger. Had to go back and be disappointed. Chicken burger botj of them were gross......how are they super famous? I just don't get it. The worse of it, I can't get my money back.

For at least the last week, it has been freezing cold inside the lobby of their building! Uncomfortably cold. My chicken sandwich ACTUALLY looked like the menu picture! Taste was great, so was his burger. Excellent start to relaunch. Except those 🍟😒👎

Overall, pretty good Wendy's. I hit drive through for 2 items, then parked for a virtual meeting and lunch.
The spicy chicken sandwich was fresh, and great! So was my 2nd item, the Cinnabon dessert.
Buuuuuuut, they forgot my 2nd item. Lucky me they came out with it before I realized it was missing, but I had already left the drive through and started my meeting. It could have just been missing and me 45 minutes away if I had not decided to do the meeting in their parking lot.

Pictures wouldn’t do justice. Cleanliness is negative 2 . Asked for no salt fries. Guy responded with a attitude when i brought them back in . Feel sorry for the kid taking the orders . Cant seem to keep up . Pendleton aka new fentanyl city .

Filthy store, out of drinks, out of catsup, food sat on the counter for 10 minutes before they would put it on a tray and give it to me. Horrible experience.

Couldn’t even complete my online breakfast order since I was told to wait for over five minutes in a drive thru line with only one car ahead of me. This restaurant needs better management since the employees do not seem to be adequate for the job.
Was not so great experience love Wendy’s but fries were cold some items were missing they were busy. But we let them know the lady kinda laughed and just sat there told her I wanted a refund or just to make what was missing took another 20 minutes. Not happy with this location. 70$ could’ve went somewhere else gladly.

The fries here are actually really good. Nice and crispy on the outside, and potatoe like on the inside. So many Wendy's have soggy nasty fries, but not here! Staff was friendly, and inside was your average meh
