At 5:38 placed a take out order at the counter for two pizzas. There were not many customers there at the time, however the restaurant filled up rapidly.
After waiting for almost an hour (6:00) the server was asked to check on the order. They came right back with the two pizzas. It was obvious they had been sitting there for some time but no one had checked.
After the five minute drive home, the pizzas were barely luke warm.
