Okay, I’m biased, but it is a wonderful winery to go to and the wine is superb. Friendly people in an unpretentious, inviting, and beautiful place. Hard to find a more serene spot to spend an afternoon.
Wine country in Benton County, Oregon is located a mere 40 minutes from the coast or 20 minutes from Corvallis. Upon entering the grounds of Lumos winery, you’re immersed in an orchard. Then, you make your way onto the deck to the back where you’re greeted with sweeping views of the vineyard and hills. The winery offers table service with various flight options and hearty snack plates for sharing like crusty bread with herb dipping oils or cheese and charcuterie plate....
First time there today for my girlfriend's birthday. We had a red flight and a white flight, and a delicious cheese and cracker platter for a very reasonable price. Excellent view, service, and delicious wine.
