Food was as expected for McDonald's...very predictable and comparable to other McDonald's. Service was OK. They were very busy and when eating indoors expect a little bit of a wait. Their A/C was not functioning so the restaurant was somewhat uncomfortable. This McDonald's is charging 75 cents for a small cup of water. Who knew?

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers and it was over $1.75 more than the ones I ordered in Coburg this weekend. I always double them up And when I removed the buns, NONE of them had onions. So not only are they more expensive than the others but they don't know how to make the food. Put this one on my do not return list!

We've stopped here almost every trip to the valley and back because it's the first/last food and restroom break before going over the coastal range. The food is hit and miss. I've had plenty of food that isn't fresh, wasn't warm, and I've ordered things multiple times that they told me I couldn't get, like a large fry on Saturday around 8 PM or a decaf coffee. Once in a blue moon it's fresh and hot/good.

Usually have a decent wait after ordering. But always correct and yummy.(I only ever get a sausage egg and extra cheese mcmuffin mmmmm.)

Store was understaffed majorly. Kiosks were not accepting payments but there was no indication on the kiosk and no one at the counter to take payments. When I finally could pay for my sweet tea lemonade and strawberry smoothie, they gave me a tea instead of what I ordered. I asked for what I ordered and 5 minutes later walked out with the tea instead defeat.
People left because no one was acknowledging them. There were at least 7-10 people around the front counter waiting for help or orders. There was one person trying her best, working drive through and trying to cover the counter.
Where was the manager? Why wasn’t there enough staff? I paid 3.49 for a 1.49 drink. Annoying AF.

In my 27 years of life, hands down best McDonalds I have been to. Not only was the food super fresh, the service was fantastic! I was helped by a sweet brunette girl I think her name was Katrina! Give that girl a raise! I have been to this mcdonalds in the past and it has not been like this until this time around. Katrina was quick to take my order and even asked how my day was going. Even though she looked quite busy we cracked a few jokes and overall she made me feel very welcomed. Definitely the highlight of my week. I absolutely will be back again. Thank you Katrina!!!
They had no ice tea for my meal combo. So I said hey, how about just a glass of water then. So they charge me for a sandwich and fries which cost more than a combo. So them not having the drink of my choice made the meal more expensive.

Fitting that the photo of choice for this location is a rainbow. I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for the store to open. I opened the McDonalds app to find out this location opens at 5:30 not 5:00 like it claims on Google Maps. How can the largest restaurant in the world not get their location times right on all the integrated cars / GPS that use Google infrastructure? I thought McDonalds and Google were the popular place to go for accurate information...
