I used to order here but i asked the lady if theyve raised the prices recently because it was like 10$ for a box of bbq pork and now whenever i try to order she refuses to let me make any additional charges or changes besides one meal 🤣🤣 so go to Figaros where they will cater to the customer obviously to a reasonable degree. Also this isnt being petty the bbq pork i had was genuinely bland as hell, only the sauce had flavor goodbye golden phoenix

We heard this was the best Chinese restaurant in the valley so we immediately headed over from Medford. We were immediately seated in the empty place at 5:30pm on Sunday evening which should have been our first clue. The woman who seated us(presumably the owner) immediately began leaning over the back of our booth to reach her fingers into the mini blinds on our window to grab flies with her fingers. She continued doing this with 4 or 5 flies. No way! We were out of there - as that was some illness waiting to happen.

we have eaten here for many years and always very good.Well it only takes one time of spending the night in the potty(both my husband and myself)to never eat there again. We both had fried rice in our meal. At the price of food now $32.00 just to put in the trash can.

Foods not great and customer service is absolutely horrible. Always empty, uninviting and awkward feeling atmosphere. Went in to eat and the lady kept telling us that we should just order for pick up and leave next time we want to eat here cause its easier for her 🤔 really unfortunate that this is the only Chinese food option in Phoenix

Used to be very good, but now you cant touch a dinner here for under $25+. Food has gotten less flavorful and the owners complain if you ask for substitutes or god forbid requesting just veggie fried rice. All in all its a C+ grade for me.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! If you are looking for a run of the mill Chinese food restaurant, you're probably giving this place a negative review, but this place is so much more than run of the mill. Jen (our server) is kind, the food was amazing and it felt like we got to enjoy something they enjoy cooking, in a friend's livingroom. I can go on and on about the food because, THERE'S SO MUCH FOOD! We ordered the round table for 4 and the amount of food brought to the table was enough to feed 8! Best mar far chicken I've ever had. I'm telling you, try it, fall in love with it, and thank me later! This is a 10 out of 10 for me! Such an enjoyable experience.
