I get the same sandwich every time, they never ask what bread or cheese I want because it comes on the sandwich, yes they clarify if that is the cheese I want. I send my bf In for me with specific instructions and the guy made it COMPLETELY WRONG. Wrong cheese, not even toasted when he said double toasted. This subway is aweful at following instructions. This is NOT “The Boss” sandwich

I ordered a sub along with 2 others and mine was so wrong. Mine is thr 3rd sandwich on this receipt. I will attach photos. Literally missing more than 6 ingredients.

I was impressed, haven't been here for over a year, there was a reason but not enough not to try again. The employee tonight was friendly and helped me build a great foot long. I did have a coupon, but he was happy to accept. Toppings were fresh, the roast beast was tasty(pun intended) (: But for the price with discount 6.99 was great. Nothing to complain about.

Some older gentlemen with a bald head was just completely rude. He didn't care about his job, so of course he didn't care about our food. When I told him about his attitude he simply said "ok, you paid for your food so leave" so much disrespect

I attempted to order a sandwich. It took 20 minutes as they had never turned on the oven when they opened the store. There was only one other guest also waiitng fir thw oven. this was after I had attempted to go through the drive-thru but was completely ignored there. when I finally got to the register they wouldn't accept my coupon because the computer system was down despite the fact that I was paying cash. I walked out with no food.
Drive through never works..no one ever takes your order. Have had staff come outside see me, go inside and still never take my order.

Wow, what happened? This place used to rock. Horrible customer service. I can't come back now. Just awful place. So done and disappointed. I will not be back. This sucks big. You can tell, the owners do not care. This place is going out. That's sad. If I owned a business I would be in business to make money. Obviously the owner has enough money that they don't care. Jimmy John's, you have another new customer. Someone, bring a good sub shop to Phoenix Oregon please!
