First the owner is so sweet and helpful! I cam never decide what I want (it's all so good!) And he never hesitates to offer multiple suggestions lol I come from Cali and really struggled to find a truly good Mexican food place in Medford but let me tell you Tacos El Paisa fits the bill! Couldn't recommend them more! Great food, great people and perfect prices

I eat here literally every work day and sometimes bring my family on the weekends, these guys have the best food in town period and know be by name, they know my order and are frankly irreplaceable I love these guys are like good family and you will want to pay double when your done eating :)

I ordered through grubhub. I got lengua tacos, a deshebrada taco, and beans n rice . The beans were whole beans. The food was absolutely delicious and the tacos were well stuffed. I'll definitely order from them again.

Awesome spot open until 10pm! Will go back. Some negatives, though, were lights that are wayyy too bright on the front and no prices on the menu. But the taco was quite good as was the burrito de Pollo.

Best Asada Tacos in town. So far we’ve tried the burritos, quesadillas, & tacos and hands down best taco truck around. Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to try the enchiladas next.

Absolutely amazing tacos, real food really cooked in front of you and it will be the best tacos that you will ever eat, and the sauces are right on par with the food absolutely delicious, you also don’t have to wait long at all, incredible service from the owner, the best Mexican food in Phoenix maybe even the rogue valley, try it if you see it you wont be disappointed!
