Wow, lahm bi ajeen! Who knew I needed this in my life! Fresh flat bread with ground meat and a list of things on top that is too long to remember but blew my taste buds away! Sweet, salty, crunchy and complex! The order comes with two flatbreads! My only disappointment was I couldn’t finish both flatbreads!

We got two of the tomb raiders, a plain cheese and a pb&j that’s supposed to have bananas in it and didn’t. The bread is good but I do not recommend this place, both the tomb raiders were really bland, hardly any sauce and had only one thin slice of turkey. When I told them the pb&j was missing the banana the guy there just said I don’t know anything about that I didn’t make it.

So good! Stopped in for an early lunch and tried the Roost and the Lahm Bi Ajeen - both were excellent and plenty of food (saved one of the meat pies). Also loved the lavender oat milk latte. So happy to have the Phoodery nearby and will definitely return to the Flying Flatbread!

Tried Flying Flatbread today @ Phoodery in Phoenix, Oregon. Tried the mezze plate and the 2 meat flatbread offerings. Found both a bit bland. The flatbread was soft and warm, the sauces and hummus were fine,but the meat was not very flavorful. In fact,brought it home and spices it all up with feta and avo and some middle eastern spices. Super nice counter staff,and great atmosphere. Looking forward to trying again,per the other good reviews.
